Staff need training in f&b service and general customer service. Food was very average.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, and I’d like to thank the staff for their excellent service. Overall, the team across the resort were friendly, kind, courteous, and very helpful. The resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained gardens that create a lovely atmosphere. The snorkelling was a highlight, and having complimentary equipment available was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the recreational facilities and had fun using the pool table, table tennis, and tennis courts, although some of the equipment could benefit from being updated or replaced. The accommodation was clean and comfortable; however, the bathrooms could use a refresh and a more modern look. We also found that towels, body wash, and other toiletries were not replenished daily, so we needed to request these items. Beach towels were sometimes unavailable as they were frequently being washed or dried, which meant having to wait. It would also be helpful to provide guests with a little more local information on arrival, such as typical taxi costs and shop opening hours, particularly noting that some shops close from midday on Saturdays. Great pools, outdoor activities, well kept resort, with beautiful staff. We would recommend you to stay here - we loved it

Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Warwick Le Lagon. The staff were helpful and friendly and were responsive to our requests when we had them. The resort itself is beautifully located on the lagoon, with kayaking available, which we enjoyed. We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away. Rooms were clean and comfortable (our garden view even had a partial lagoon view), and the whole resort felt well maintained. Breakfast was better than expected, with fresh eggs made to order and a solid (though fairly repetitive) selection. Dinner buffets were enjoyable — Indian night was a standout, and Italian night with fresh pasta and lasagna was great. A bit pricey, but worth it, especially with kids eating free. The location is beautiful, right on a private beach, and the pool area is stunning. We also recommend visiting The Three Pigs for great food and value, and the nearby Thai restaurant. Overall, 9/10 — don’t let the negative reviews put you off!

Room was very clean

Great quiet location just outside of the main city, resort rooms were private but plenty of people in common areas (went in off season). Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). Babysitting through kids club was 1000vatu and staff were lovely but could have been more atmosphere there. Front staff were helpful when you made requests but could have more training in supporting patrons with activities/tours in off season and when external tours are constantly cancelled or rescheduled because of cruise ships taking all the spots. Easier to organise your own driver to attractions or a day tour

Room was great, staff friendly, only thing to do better was took quite a while to book in with about 10 families at same time took 45mins once arrived to get to room. Would recommend any one to stay here

Areas like the pool have been upgraded but the rooms are in desperate need of renovations.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Warwick each stay better than the last staff always friendly.

We were there over new year and the service was pretty terrible, long wait for food and drinks. We were Often waiting at the pool bar for 20 minutes at a time for a couple of drinks/cocktails.
