Great boutique hotel in the heart of the city.

Me parece que es demasiado costoso para lo que ofrecen, el chico de recepción ( Xavier) , muy antipático , por todo hacía caras y nada amable. Las otras dos chicas felicitaciones , en lo personal Tania me dio un buen servicio, siempre amable y con una sonrisa , felicitaciones por eso . Pero!, definitivo si regreso no me hospedo de nuevo ahí Que mal que por la actitud del personal, pierdan clientes

This is a very well located hotel, near La Carolina park, lots of restaurants and a metro stop. The rooms are comfortable and the staff extremely efficient and helpful. The only thing that surprised me was that there is no heating in the rooms BUT, even on a chilly, rainy day, we were just fine. And the price was unbeatable!

The only issue that could be better is if a fan could be made available as the room can be a bit warm at night.

The elevator was not working I have to go to the 4th floor up and down many times If you ring the alarm on the elevator nobody respond to it

Enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Easy to walk to the botanical gardens which was our objective. Lots of dining options in the area. The roof top patio was lovely.We would definitely stay there again.

First of all the staff is amazing! They were all very kind and extremely helpful. The hotel is super nice, clean and it’s exactly what I wanted, not a huge chain hotel with tons of people. The only thing is that they don’t have a restaurant and/or mini fridge so you have to eat out or bring something back. There are a few restaurants nearby though. (I knew that when I booked, just describing). They do offer breakfast which was pretty good before a long day of touring. I would definitely stay there again! I truly enjoyed my experience there. Muchas gracias por todo!

Casa Q is a lovely little hotel in a safe and convenient part of Quito, close to the Parque Carolina and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. The breakfast buffet is great!

Nice place, personnel friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and transportation.
