Love this place, their breakfast buffet is very n8ce, the walking distance to the private beach is less than 2 to 3 minutes

The room has odor from AC. The room lack of any hotel essentials ( no tissue in the room, no toothbrush, no slippers). The pool shower area not clean and doesn’t include any soups.

Great property on the Dead Sea with nice private beach complete with mud for full mud bath/ spa experience. Many pools including some adult only and a great pool for swimming laps. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent mixed grill meal. Lots of terrace areas to sit and enjoy the view or a quiet nook. I recommend it.

It's an excellent clean place. Great customer service. You will get more than you expect. very accommodating. Ibrahem at the front desk was helpful. The restaurant manager also was great and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

The staff that looks like Mr. Bean has too much attitude. I can't even book a bus. You look angry and disgusting. I will never go there again.

Das Hotel ist an für sich nicht schlecht, aber ist nicht modern und bietet das Wasser kostenpflichtig an, was andere in der Umgebung selbstverständlich kostenlos anbieten.

Clean and fresh room. Comfortable bed. Nice gift in the bathroom. Have a beachside which due to the the lowering water level is a short walk down. Beachbeds and parasols both on the beach and by the pools. Several pools both for children and adults. Average breakfast with few jordanian influenses, plus for the on demand omelet and good service. Very friendly staff everywhere, a special shout out to the receptionist Ibrahim who went out of his way to help us and was super friendly. Big parkinglot.

Great value for the buck. Has better access to the sea/mud are than some 5 star hotels next door.

MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, I spent 2 nights here, the location is good if you wish to experience the dead sea, but the location is out of the way and you can incur phenomenal transportation costs. When I told the front desk they tried to make every excuse for not claening my room, they went so far to say that my wife asked that the room not be cleaned, funny thing, I traveled solo and stayed alone at the hotel at all times. TO this day, no apology has been forthcoming from management about the failure to clean my room, there is no excuse for failing to clean a room, save that issue, my stay was generally pleasant

The staff at the Dead Sea Hotel were very helpful and friendly and made our experience very positive!

Hotel perfetto per un soggiorno nel mar morto. Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi con una breve passeggiata. Stanza grande, pulita e confortevole. Wifi ben funzionante Colazione a buffet molto ricca e varia. Sicuramente da consigliare. Unica nota negativa, se si può dire, in quella zona, oltre a qualche altro albergo ed un mini centro commerciale, non c’è assolutamente nulla.

Bellissimo hotel, la camera grande, purtroppo con due letti singoli, ma siamo stati noi a non reclamare la cosa subito, quindi abbiamo deciso di tenere la camera assegnata! Da bere nel frigo gratuito con bibite acqua, tutti i kit necessari disponibili (sapone, bagnoschiuma, Shampoo pettine, kit cucito…). Alla reception parlano tutti i solo ed esclusivamente arabo e inglese, non conosco nessun altra lingua, Secondo mio punto di vista in un hotel di questo livello avrebbero dovuto avere del personale che conoscessi almeno tre lingue. Per quanto riguarda la discesa al mare non è niente di che, ma noi siamo andati a dicembre ! Comunque loro ti danno il telo dell’hotel, i fanghi che sono disponibili a tutti sulla spiaggia e anche i sali naturali per farti lo scrub, l all’ingresso c’è un metal-detector per controllare cosa entra nell’hotel, questo è molto apprezzato! Le piscine sono molto belle, anche se noi non le abbiamo utilizzate. Per quanto riguarda il loro accoglierti sono gentilissimi soprattutto al mattino dove facevamo colazione. la colazione ampia è di buona qualità, ne offrono tutti i gusti. Siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno in questo hotel, ma soprattutto siamo felici di avere visitato la Giordania perché Giordani sono un popolo veramente ospitale e la Giordania veramente bella.

todo estuvo muy bien, excelente servicio, no se puede hacer nada con el clima, pero si posiblemente las amenidades del baño. es lo unico, gracias
