Room was clean,pool was clean, But restaurant was poorly managed, waiting time 40 min. To 1.20, at times didn't received what was order , the servers we're doing there job with tge amount of staff,, i won't recommend this place to any one.

People there were great Fine food was was not there. not alot to do unless you leave property

The place is fine, but overall less quality than it was 9 years ago when I visited here when it was under the Capella ownership.

Our stay at Zoetry was everything we had hoped and more.. very tranquil, zen and relaxing.. will definitely return the hospitality was unmatched!!! 5 stars to Zoetry !!!

The hotel was surrounded by mountains and it felt extremely secluded. The staff at the hotel was very professional and attentive to our needs.

I didn’t like the long wait time in the restaurant maybe for an hour until your food that you ordered to be ready and served to you . Same experience was in pool bar area ,

The property and room was clean. We just couldn’t get room service on our last night and T.V remote control stop working. Other than that it was an awesome time.

We loved the cleanliness and welcoming spirit from the staff. They bent over backwards to make sure my wife enjoyed her bday weekend at the resort. We upgraded our room to include a plunge pool which was no hassle. We also had a private dinner in the treehouse and a couples massage where the staff was the best. We have decided to go back in 2 years with the children.

Amazing property, awesome staff!! Definitely recommend.

They didn't have the right room that I paid for originally and I had to go thru my emails to show proof. The steps that ai read about wasn't as bad as I thought. I was one level under the top floor (55) steps. Be careful and watch you step on the brick steps. The food was okay but they are not giving you alot but it might be all you need. The Hurricane Hole was nice to sit and eat and look at the water area. Coco Cafe was cute and a nice cool place to have a drink and sweets (cakes, pies n ice cream) I enjoyed by time here at this resort. It's more laid back.

Overall the stay was great. The wine tasting is great on Sunday. The rum tea sting is also good. Along with the spa staff and massages. However the biggest issue came down to the concierge service. They have poor communication between them selfs. I went to book a few different trips outside the resort and only one got booked due to poor communication on their part. I ordered a special dinner for my wife’s and my anniversary confirmed it the morning over and that night it did not happen. They acted as if they had booked it and the other couple took to long. However the menu I ordered for us they did not have any of it. They take forever to respond to emails and tell you can book thing once you arrive. However every time we went to the concierge it was some different or no one was there to help you. We meet other couples there who had a great time but had experienced similar issues.

To be fair, we went during the off season (September and hurricanes) and it seemed like they were low staffed with low occupancy, but overall the resort is fantastic, with lots of daily activities and we highly recommend Joy’s adventure to the volcano mud baths and waterfall! Definitely worth the trip!!

Absolutely incredible! The resort is beautiful, the staff fantastic and I LOVED the food at the Hurricane Hole restaurant, best all inclusive food I think I’ve ever had! Highly recommend staying here
