The only thing is the placement of 110 receptacles were placed next to the bed not near a mirror which made it hard for women to do hair. Rooms need to be updated in that area for people from the US.

Loved staying here for our honeymoon! Beautiful resort.

Most staff was friendly and accomodating Room service food wasn’t up to par However Buffet very good And Steakhouse and Habachi enjoyable

Need more authentic St Lucian food & fruits. Lack taste & spice!! Designate a cafe to authentic food. Someone broke my watch that was left in the room in my bag while I was at the pool & security did nothing! Need “Do not disturb signs”. Other than the two negatives the place was amazing property was clean & staff was nothing short of amazing specially Alvina & Sam

The property was in a beautiful location, decent food but failed in areas like room condition and simple things like no lids for to go coffee cups, doesn’t make sense and easy to fix

We stayed for 6 nights as a group of 5 adults and 2 kids, and overall, the experience was disappointing. The resort is outdated and poorly maintained. It took over 6 hours to receive a crib, which arrived in terrible condition. Service was inconsistent—most staff seemed disengaged, and basic things like napkins, coffee, and timely bar service were often missing. Only the steakhouse offered good food and proper service, but it’s tough to book. Despite the poor experience, a few staff—Jefferson, Samuel, and two women at the lobby bar and check-in—were excellent. Unfortunately, the resort needs major improvements, and we wouldn’t return.

Royalton Saint Lucia exceeded my expectations. Our stay was exceptional. Shout out to Christian at the front desk. He was so helpful. Best customer service I ever came across. The food and the property were excellent. You literally do not need to leave the property for anything. The rooms are in excellent condition and you are never hungry or in need of anything. 10/10 recommended

Awful resort.

I wasn't told the difference on color bands upon check-in for ex: what area on the beach we should occupy or what resturant we can't dine in. Also a few of waiting to be checked in didn't appreciate that another guest who came after us was able to be checked in because he & his wife don't want to wait in line like the rest of.

The outdoor areas of the property are nice. The rooms, the stairways and elevators are run down and need updating.

My daughters and myself stayed for five nights and the check in staff was quite accommodating. The entire staff we came into contact with were always pleasant and nice.

Property was well laid out. Lots of dining options and the food was great.

St. Lucia has been on our bucket list. Be weary of the location because it is a 2 hour drive of horror. The roads on this island are windy and it is scary! I would suggest getting a private transfer. We stayed on the Royalton side in the 5th building, 3rd floor. The rooms have wear and tear and the resort could use a refresh. We arrived at 5pm to be told our room wasn’t ready. The restaurants are difficult to get reservations at and the food was edible. Zen Hibachi was better than the others. The main pool was the best part. Everything is on island time so a chill state of mind is necessary. Honestly, we would suggest a closer resort to the airport. We ended up not doing any excursions due to travel time to get to places. All in all, a good resort just not at the caliber of a luxury resort. The only benefit we saw of staying at the Hideaway/Diamond Club side was easier access to the restaurants. Pools were better on the main resort side though.

I recently stayed at the Royalton Saint Lucia, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of care from the staff. It felt like we had to beg for even the most basic services—getting water, clean towels, or even simple assistance took multiple requests, if we were acknowledged at all. The service was shockingly inconsistent, and despite the resort’s beautiful setting, the staff’s indifference made it hard to enjoy the stay. For a resort of this caliber, I expected much better service and hospitality. I wouldn’t return or recommend it unless they make serious improvements.
