A lot of thing outdated Good customer service

Utrolig sød værtinde og store værelser. Der manglede en del på rengøringen på værelset og omkring poolen men igen, værtinden var utrolig sød og engageret og hjælpsom. Det der var værst var dog at der var rigtig meget støj fra diskoteker/restauranter omkring hotellet som spillede RIGTIG høj musik til sent og om morgenen begyndte musikken igen.

Too bad

Très content de notre séjour. L'hotel est à quelques minutes à pied de la rivière, il y a plusieurs restaurants en chemin, et le long de la rivière le soir. On peut accéder faiblement à pied au quartier du marché. La chambre était vraiment très spacieuse, le jardin est très fleuri et agréable et il y a une belle piscine. La propriétaire est charmante, très serviable et parle un français parfait.

Terrible stay here. Pictures 'look' nice but the whole place is cheaply made and staff doesn't keep up with the place. Pool was hardly cleaned most days. Worst thing was the security. Both our rooms had terrible doors. One had about an inch gap in it, so anyone could walk by and see in even when the door was closed. The other had a lock that wouldn't work, and they acted like it was no big deal. They also messed up our other reservation for a friend, making it the wrong day and then tried to push him to another place of their family for over double the price. She admitted that she often messes up reservations, and seemed amused by it. It might be recently built, but the whole place is cheap and staff are really bad. I would not suggest staying here if you can avoid it.

Clean, friendly, spacious, quiet, helpful all you need really.

abbiamo utilizzato questo hotel per una sola notte. L’hotel si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. La camera era molto grande. La pulizia era nella norma. Ci sono parecchi insetti ma la camera era dotata di zanzariere. La proprietaria dell’hotel è molto gentile e disponibile ( ci ha garantito un passaggio in auto per il centro ed organizzato il viaggio per Phnom Penh )

The big points are a nice soft western-style bed and a good price

Lovely, clean and comfortable accommodation in Battambang, with a great pool in the shade, perfect for cooling off. Very quick to get to the city centre from here and a few good restaurants around the corner. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which just made our stay all the more lovely!

Great hotel in city center. Spacious room and cleaned bathroom with bathtub. Highly recommended and will comeback.

Excellent qualité prix. Les employés et surtout la propriétaire sont adorables et prévenants. Madame Socsan, qui parle aussi français, nous a aidé à trouver un Guide avec Tuk Tuk. Nous l’avons pris et ça été extra d’avoir un guide privé durant 2 jours. Pour notre départ, Madame Socsan est allé elle même au marché nous chercher et préparer une boite à lunch pour notre voyage en bus alors c’est ça son service.
