Mal servicio de la administración, no lo recomiendo

The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and a guy who speaks almost no English signs you in, takes your credit card for city tax and deposit, and talks into his phone translator to tell you where to leave the key. You find out your room is around the corner, next to a shop and the entrance is between two piles of garbage. 3 flights of stairs up, and room as described. Otherwise nice room, fairly quiet. Neighborhood is very scary-- a lot of non-native Belgians and people living on the street, trash everywhere. We were all guys and were uneasy about walking around. Not recommended.

Made a reservation for an apartment with 4 single beds. Upon arrival this appeared to be a "special request" which couldn't be accommodated. Instead we got a room with a queen and 1 single bed and one of us ended up on a mattress on the floor. Daunting neighborhood near Brussels-Midi station, noisy streets at night.

Bajo nuestra opinión, viajamos en familia, el estudio no cumple la puntuación de más de 8 puntos que nos apoyó a escogerlo. Aunque todo estaba limpio, las instalaciones son antiguas, sobre todo la ducha incómoda porque no se podía colgar y estaba protegida sólo con una cortina, así que se mojaba todo. Pero lo peor desde luego es la zona, bien comunicada sí, pero da miedo ir por la calle, muy muy mal ambiente (llena de drogadictos y borrachos a todas horas del día). De hecho para acceder al portal del apartamento hay dos puertas con contraseña, la primera una verja de hierro y a la segunda no puedes acceder hasta que no se cierra la primera. El establecimiento nos bloqueó 100 euros de fianza (de los que Expedia no advertía), aunque nos lo devolvieron al día siguiente de irnos.

The property was close to the train station and grocery stores, and within walking distance of the Old Town. It was a bit noisy at night (sirens). We wished there was a bathroom fan, but otherwise the unit was great: spacious, could sleep a lot of people, and cute loft (but very steep stairs to get to the loft).

Convenient place, nice apartment, welcoming staff.

Es un buen lugar. Creo que puede mejorar la limpieza.

The apartment was fine for the price paid. The soundproofing isn't too great, the guests above were loud through the ceiling, but the building is old so that can't be helped. The surrounding area of the city does feel a bit rough.

Close to monuments and the Midi station. Friendly staff.

Dès notre arrivée, une super communication, pour l'hébergement et le garage qui est à peine 100m des lieux. Un studio bien équipée très propre finalement pas très loin de la grand place à peine 20mn à pied ou on peut découvrir la vie autour de ce lieu,avec plein de commerces et de restaurants.

Camera "Mimosa" inaccettabile. Lasciando perdere il vecchiume dei mobili, la porta del bagno cieco con un vetro che permette di vedere all'interno, la finestra del bagno che dà sulla camera da letto e la griglia nella porta del bagno... il wc è inaccettabile: è elettrico e non permette di buttarci niente, nemmeno la carta igienica sporca, che va buttata nel bidoncino che rimane lì. La zona non è il massimo, ma è comoda al centro. Ah, avevo prenotato un'altra camera, ma mi hanno rifilato questa.

Appartement-hôtel assez bien situé, suffisamment équipé pour ce que nous avions à faire. Il aura été bien de nous donner le numéro en plus du nom de l'adresse.

Nice accomodation, friendly people. Great quality in comparison to the price you pay. We even got a free room upgrade. Would definitely recommend!

Muy bueno. El apartamento muy cómodo, bien acondicionado y con todo lo necesario para estar unos dias.

Está muy bien comunicado con la estación Midi, tiene cocina y tiendas cerca. El señor de la recepción es muy simpático y amable.

Prima plek om te logeren en stad te bezoeken. Genoeg ruimte voor 4 personen. Restaurants, winkels en station op loopafstand. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. alles wat je nodig hebt in appartement aanwezig.Hebben het heerlijk gehad.
