Extremely clean room, very comfortable bed, and the hotel in general is very clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Quality and selection of breakfast buffet was excellent. Restaurant meals and service were also excellent.

Leider läuft im Hotel nicht alles wie es sein sollte. Es wird auf der Homepage ein wunderbares Restaurant mit Speisen angeboten. Tatsächlich gab es 5 Speisen zur Auswahl. Im Lift wurden nicht mal die richtigen Speiseangeführt. Das Früstück war bescheiden. Getränkeautomat war defekt. Check in 16 Uhr ist nicht Kunden freundlich. Vor 17 Uhr gab es nichts zu trinken. Wlan im 2 Stock geht nicht, wie der Safe. Für den Preis darf man sicherlich mehr erwarten.

Schönes Hotel mit Freundlichem Service und netter Ausstattung.

Freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer direkt an der Straße. Offenes Fenster ging nicht. Klima und Schallschutz halfen hier sehr gut zur Nachtruhe und der Krach blieb auf der Straße.

L’emplacement par rapport à la ville et au transport ferroviaire est excellent.

Tolles Hotel, Top Lage.

Hotel and room were nice enough. The problem was that the shower door was broken and shower drain was clogged, causing the bathroom and part of the main room to flood. This was at the end of our 2nd and last night there, so it wasn’t worth changing room and we just tried to soak up the water with all the towels. When we checked out the next morning and informed the front desk about the situation, they didn’t apologize at all and just said “thanks for letting us know.” I would definitely stay elsewhere next time I’m in the area.

Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and garage parking. Convenient location to supermarket and restaurants and cafes.

Der Service war unterirdisch. Nur eine beschränkte Auswahl an Gerichten im Restaurant, alle Bereiche unterbesetzt, Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, bis jetzt keine Rechnung wegen IT Problemen. Duschkabine defekt, Frühstückstische morgens nicht zeitgemäß abgeräumt. Es ist der Eindruck entstanden, dass das Hotel pleite ist und bald seine Tore schließt

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt. Check in und check out hat ewig gedauert. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen, zu wenig Hotel für zu viel Geld.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Parkgarage, das ich bislang in Biberach regelmäßig nutze. Der sehr schlichte Komfort ist gerade noch passabel für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse - ich habe jetzt EUR 175 für ein kleines Einzelzimmer bezahlt, komplett außerhalb der "Saison"; dazu kommen noch EUR 12 Parkgebühren. .

Ein modernes und schönses Hotel mit großen Zimmern. Toller Service, sehr freundliches Personal und ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet.
