Staff was friendly and the correspondence through the app was great. Clean room and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was an added bonus. Would have given 5* but there is some upkeep to be done. Overall, I would stay there again.

Apartment was amazing: bright, clean, spacious. Breakfast items delivered outside the room each morning were high quality and complimentary. Excellent and timely communication was effortless using What’sApp. Staff were consummate professionals. Off street parking came with a remote to open the gate to the secure parking areas. Hot tub and accompanying saltwater infinity pool were on the roof.

Tolles Feriendomiziel. War alles so wie beschrieben. Leider waren die Fenster der Wohnung und die Scheiben vom Pool schmutzig.. Die Couch hazze Flecken. Das Frühstück war leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Dennoch haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

We had the two bedroom penthouse suite and it was perfect for our family of four. The staff were incredibly helpful. Our rooms were comfy and spacious. The pool right outside was a hit. The breakfast was amazing. Special thanks to Bernardo for being the best concierge ever. We would definitely stay here again.

O espaço do quarto é amplo, as camas são boas, a cozinha é completa e também há armários. Há estacionamento. É perto da praia. Minha nota não foi dez, pois é um pouco fora de Ponta Delgada, em área residencial. Não conseguimos usar a Jacuzzi. Quando fui usar na primeira vez, estava coberta. Entrei em contato e me disseram que eu deveria retirar a cobertura. Quando fui fazer a segunda tentativa, na véspera de ir embora, não funcionou. Retornei ao quarto e algum tempo depois me orientaram a dar um reset na casa de máquinas. De fato, não ter alguém no local, dificulta a funcionalidade. Além disso, encontramos 3 baratinhas no banheiro e formigas entravam pela porta da cozinha. Apesar disso tudo, minha nota é 9, pois o restante foi muito bom.

It’s difficult to describe this magnificent property as it was beyond my expectations! Traveled with my two sons who are tall adults and the spacious room was immaculate and modern. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious . Manuela was kind and helpful even with a language barrier. The hotel made the trip even better.. a home away from home! Well done!

Modern, clean and well looked after, the staff are amazing , breakfast every morning brought to your door! Laundry pick up and return, pool , jacuzzi and gym . Food market a couple blocks away, beach across the road ! Central location , all in all it was a pleasure and can’t say enough good things about the staff, brilliant !!

Óptima estadia em apartamento super bem equipado. A localização é perfeita para explorar a ilha, estando num sítio tranquilo. O jacuzzi presente no topo do estabelecimento é sem dúvida um grande plus.

The property is clean and beautiful. We had a small issue with our bathroom lock and celia send over the sweetest woman (ana) and they had the problem resolved immediately. The morning breakfast was out of this world we were sad our flight was early and had to leave before our second days breakfast. Off street parking and you are inside a gated area. Do yourself a favor and stay here! You will not regret it!
