推し活を楽しめました！部屋に入ると推しキャラが壁一面にいてテンション上がります！ 施設も綺麗で周辺も静かで、すぐ隣にはコンビニもあり便利です！ 朝食にて出てくるアグー豚を使用したハンバーグも美味しかったです！

I like its convenience but don't like its room facilities.

Hello kitty everywhere!! Loved it!!! I requested the room theme and color, and they gave me the exact room I wanted!! It was perfect and so sweet.

There are many nice touch to this hotel including personalised room card which you can keep after your stay, free drinks and ice cream and a lucky prize draw. The rooms have showers but there is a family bath you can book (1 hour) if you need to bath kids. This is no parking provided by the hotel but there are many parking option nearby (stated on the hotel website). There is no restaurant at the hotel so no breakfast available but there are 2 convenient store opposite the hotel as well as many cafe and restaurant on the Main Street.

住宿少過三日沒有清潔服務。房間沒有座位。

Good location with 5-10 min walk to city centre, the staff are nice and helpful.

房間朋友非常喜歡，裡面空間算還可以，離牧志輕軌站非常近，前面就是國際通可以逛，附近還有24小時超市，非常便利

今次沖繩旅遊，我們一家三口租了家庭房，家庭房很大很靚，還有驚喜的是原來租用家庭房是可以使用十樓的休息室，入面有飲品及小食免費提供，大玻璃觀景。 酒店大堂有免費咖啡或茶提供，住客還有免費雪糕券及特價選購產品。 我們十一月中到沖繩，可能酒店環保原因較細了冷氣機，令房間很熱，於是到前枱了解，很快她們便為我處理了，而且溫度非常之合適。 這次的住宿經驗實在太好了！非常感謝酒店的每一位員工為我們一家的預備，謝謝！ 酒店由單軌站步行約五分鐘便到，附近有便利店，星期六，日對面馬路會有街頭小店，非常熱鬧。步行前往國際通只需要八分鐘，其實就是單軌車站附近，正好便是國際通的起點！

一進大門已經一種好開心的感覺，雖然相對一般沖繩酒店，是比較細，但完全沒有壓迫感。乾淨舒服。可惜是wifi接收有差。接收不良

The staff is nice and helpful. But not much facilities and equipment are designed with Sanrio characters. I think it is a bit disappointed that the cups and bed sheet are plain without any Sanrio elements.

浴室沒有浴缸，但有家庭澡堂可以預約使用，還有送2雙霜淇淋，服務人員相當棒，能協助問計程車能不能載的下大件的行李

三天整理一次房間但也沒收垃圾，以為像東橫inn一樣放門口結果也不是（還有特別看了飯店說明），交通方便，711全家都有，對面還有超市Lopia，路口有松本清，旁邊有24小時營業的丼飯

Good location.

交通方便，在牧志站附近，兩分鐘到，對面有大型超市，可買麵包、杯麵等等，酒店隔離有7-11。附近也有日式餐廳。步行至國際通也很近，5分鐘左右。 酒店沒有餐廳，所以只可遇早預訂才有早餐供應，洗手間比較細。 整體都算不錯。

国際通りからは近いが他の観光地からは遠い。 2泊までは掃除が入らないのは困りました。 ゴミが溜まり放題で。

3 families enjoyed the stay at Okinawa Hotel with Sanrio Characters. The location is very convenient for shopping around. There's a supermarket just opposite the hotel which we can buy things we needed, where some prices are cheaper than other shops. Many convenient shop nearby. We stayed there for 3 nights, the other nights doesnt have room tidying, but that will be fine coz with this price it's well accepted. Highly recommended.

サービス、周辺施設、駅近、駐車場、全て申し分なし

整體一般，因為酒店以Sanrio Characters 作主題，所以期待房間內有很多相關的人物，但只有幾張海報／相，頂樓餐廳也沒有Sanrio的Characters ，酒店大堂不多Sanrio特式精品。。 紀念品只有房卡和幾張紙之類的東西。 房間小不緊要，但連檯也口沒有，整體感覺很簡陋，沒有再去的衝動。
