I had a rlly good time staying here the beds were very comfy and I would def stay again

We only booked 1 room with 2 bedrooms which are placed together but we got 2 seperate rooms instead. And that should be fine if the room is good and similar to the picture but it was not. Our experience in this hotel was so bad and we dont want to come back again. (Only good thing was that we can leave the luggage at the office before check-in time). Bye

The property is clean and the staff of this inn is very kind. But it's hard to call it a nice place to stay. Just few of the rooms have a regular window. Other have just skylight in the ceiling. It's not shown on the pictures or underlined in the description of the offer. So you never know what to expect. Not possible to upgrade the reservation, cause the staff said that they are fully occupied. Not worth it, even for this price

Its a very cute little inn, perfect for a couoles getaway. Right off dundas, there are tons of options for food withub 5 minutes walk of the place. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and cozy! Great shower!

The room rate was cheap so I wasn’t expecting much. The location was convenient, with tram stop right outside and lots of restaurants and cafe nearby. The bathroom was recently refurbished and clean. Check in was easy. However, we were struggling to sleep as the air conditioning unit was making extremely loud noises constantly. There is a kitchen which is a plus, but no utensils other than one frying pan, not even a kettle. The circuit tripped while I was using the hair dryer, although I was able to find the staff to turn it back on just before the office closes.

It was a great experience and for resting it did the job 10/10. I only encounter with stained towels (those stains that you know are super hard to remove) and a "broken or loose" sliding door rail. But overall everything is a 10/10 ♡ The helping crew are super nice and responsive as well.

Horrible. Soooo dirty. Never stayed and a nastier inn.

We communicated with the staff prior to arriving asking if we could check in around 1:30 p.m instead of 3:00 p.m. The front staff brought us directly to our room only to find the room we were supposed to stay in in complete disarray and bandaid wrappers were everywhere. She apologized and said that the room hadn’t been cleaned yet and asked us to come back later. Given the state of that room, we asked for a different room entirely. We took the next hour and a half to decide if we were going to stay there and decided to stay elsewhere. No money was given back. From the moment you walk in, it’s very unclean. There are positive reviews on here which made us consider booking here in the first place, however, our experience was less than ideal and we will not be staying here.

Very hard finding parking

For the budget the dragon gate is good. I did have problems with the Aircon and it took them a few days to sort out a replacement unit. I'll say it was the weekend so obtaining a service person might have been difficult. I found the bed very comfy, shower was excellent. Microwave was good. Room etc was very clean

The first room smelled of rotten fish, there was o ly one working lightbulb and we were very unhappy. There was only a half roll of toilet paper. The next day we we given a much nicer room and treated very nicely by a Columbian woman named Julia. She changed our experience from terrible to comfortable. She was very kind and helpful.

The room was very basic but the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. This Inn has rooms in 3 adjacent buildings which all have their own entrances. It is not obvious from the outside, where the hotel entrance is located. My Uber driver thought I had the wrong address but I called the hotel front desk and someone came out on the street to help me with my suitcase and the check in. The room was clean with basic amenities (shampoo/soap/hair dryer/extra blanket). I was a little concerned that there were no windows. There was a skylight but it was not clear how one would be able to access the skylight as an egress in case of an emergency. This Inn is adequate when in need of a place to sleep. There is a Tim Horton's and a McDonald's just one block away. The room was very quiet and the bed was firm. The flooring is new and there is a kitchenette. This is not a high end hotel/inn but the staff is very helpful and the room has everything one needs.

The hotel is in a very good location. I was able to walk to a lot of places, and there’s easy-to-navigate public transportation very close by. The room was neat, and the staff was nice and helpful. Also, the room was very affordable! I would stay there again!

Was a little worried about reviews of poor quality, but for the price it’s fantastic. Great location, enabled us to walk to a bunch of different places as first time Toronto goers #Canada

The place is ok but this is not a hotel, you get what you paid for. The location is convenient though but the check in process is not that great, you have to make sure to contact the staff before you arrive to check in especially if after hours because they are not staffed like hotels 24/7, there is also no elevator so you have to carry your luggage. Though the staff there was helpful enough to carry my luggage, overall the place was decent, but if you are looking for a hotel like place, don’t expect too much.
