The stay was lovely, great place, great service. However the place is not toddler friendly, one morning for breakfast had to eat with my baby on the laps because they have only one high chair and it was being used. We also had to share the bed with him because all baby cribs were occupied. The menu also doesnt offer kids options. The menu is also limited for adults, if you stay long you will get fed up eating the same food over and over again. Lastly we booked the Executive suite, was surprised to see that in an executive suite there is a double bed, i was expecting a king size bed, oh yes and we slept the three of us on that double bed. They can do better beds wise. Overally a great experience, luxurious place, well maintained.

Sehr schöne großzügige Anlage in einem fantastischen botanischen Garten. Wir hatten ein Confort Zimmer, das war leider schon etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen das Badezimmer ist sehr Renovierungsbedürftig. Die Villen allerdings sahen sehr gut aus. Allerdings darf man auch nicht vergessen, dass das Preis Leistungsverhätnis sehr gut war. Auf jeden Fall eine Anlage mit sehr viel Potential.

It was worst service in my life to book the summerfield. Actually, my family couldn't stay there on my birthday because of the terrible system. Eventually, I cancelled my booking after losing 3 hours of my bithday eve at Summerfield. I booked Summerfield on my birthday. When I tried to check in, receptionist told me my booking had been cancelled. But there was no cancellation as far as I double-checked,and my family had spent our golden time. At that time, I had limitation to connect to Wi-fi, so we're about to leave Sumnerfield after 2 hours of wasting time without active help from manager in charge. My wife tried to connect to customer service at booking site before our unintended leaving, and we found out that it was Summerfield's fault. Anyhow, we decided to stay in Summerfield eventhough my family felt so bad,and it's my birthday eve. But we couldn't accept the reality when we entered into our lodge. There was only one bad that we didn't book. We booked lodge with 2 beds for our 4 family menbers. We couldn't endure anymore, and we moved back to reception. We asked for manager to cancel and reimburse for the damage on my time, anger and disappointing. Their answer was to provide champaign and fruit for the compensation. This is the action of luxurious Summerfield. I realized they didn't consider customer's inconvenience seriously. I felt they just treat the customer the way of earning money, not deserved visitor. For me? it was the terrible birthday in my life.

Das Resort ist wunderschön in einem botanischen Garten gelegen. Die Zimmer (Executive Suite) sind sehr grosszügig und schön. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Leider müssen wir sagen, dass das Personal teilweise nicht gerade motiviert war. Mussten immer mehrmals nachfragen (Kaffekapseln für Nespresso-Maschine, Bedienung am Pool usw.)

Excellent stay. Surrounding gardens are an oasis of tranquility. Facilities are immaculate and it was clear to see that they take upkeep and maintenance seriously. I didn't spot a single thing that looked dilapidated or in bad shape, truly one of the most well kept accommodation I've ever stayed in! I don't often leave a place feeling like I want to go back (especially not so soon after leaving) but I'd definitely be back, and am already looking at how to bring my family along.

Mooie kamer alleen badkamer is erg verouderd. Het resort is prachtig jammer dat het zwembad te koud is om in te zwemmen ( winter in Eswatini). Restaurant is ook erg mooi maar eten niet echt lekker

Datteren min og jeg hadde to netter på Summerfield etter og ha reist litt rundt i området i noen dager. Det var helt fantastisk å komme inn i den grønne oasen til Summerfield med flotte rom, nydelig bassengområdet, god mat og vennlig personalet.

The hotel is good but the room we were allocated was outside, very small with a lot of defects. The toilet and bathroom were very small. It was not good value for money. Certainly not for a couple who are used to their home luxury !! When we raised our concerns, we were told that it was allocated on line and cannot be changed. No sitting space and we sat on the bed for two days.

Loved everything about the hotel. The spacious rooms are set in well manicured gardens where peace and tranquility abound. Its so peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful with plentiful options. A highlight was the Palm Cascades restaurant located within the premises where great food is served with good service.
