Restaurant staff needs a little more training.

The office person was rude and called me a lier when we went there to consume at the restaurant and my son and gf were the only ones staying at their place. Definitely need better customer service. Mentioned it to the restaurant and they did apologized but the person in the gate was completely wrong.

Desde el momento en que llegamos recibimos una atención excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Aunque nuestro check-in estaba programado para las 3:00 p. m., llegamos alrededor de las 10:00 a. m. y, para nuestra sorpresa, nos permitieron hacer el registro de inmediato y entrar a dejar nuestro equipaje en la habitación. Ese detalle hizo una gran diferencia para nosotros, ya que viajábamos con nuestra hija, quien estaba muy emocionada y ansiosa por meterse al mar en cuanto llegáramos. Gracias a esa flexibilidad pudimos comenzar a disfrutar nuestras vacaciones desde el primer momento, sin tener que esperar varias horas con las maletas. Son ese tipo de pequeños gestos los que realmente hacen que la experiencia sea especial y demuestran el compromiso del hotel con la comodidad de sus huéspedes. En general, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Nos sentimos bien recibidos desde el principio y la hospitalidad del personal superó nuestras expectativas. Sin duda fue una experiencia muy positiva y un lugar al que volveríamos con mucho gusto. Lo recomendamos ampliamente para quienes buscan un servicio cálido y una atención de primera. En general esta flexibilidad y trato amistoso nos hizo sentir como en casa.

I was giving a hotel room and claimed that I reserved a panoramic room. I stated that the the pictures are misleading. So because of my questioning the girl at the office mentioned I was getting upset and eventually stated I was not welcomed and should cancel the reservation. We ended staying anyway. Got to the room and the TV did not give channels. Their was a card for how to login for wifi. Info did not work. I asked the girl at the office for correct wifi login. She did nothing about it. End up asking other personal and they fixed the problem. Saturday morning, I responded to the Expidia e mail, 'I was your checking '. I stated what the girl said, 'you are not welcomed and TV not working. Apparently the office responded my sending a person to fix the TV. He knocked on the door at 6:30 am even though I had the 'do not disturb ' sign on the. The girl responded by saying they saw the TV problem i had and stated that I had an attitude, 'everything was a problem to me. I responded saying, I didn't request to fix TV and also mentioned that she doesn't understands the meaning of 'DO NOT DISTURB ' sign. The facility is not a 9 it is a 7, in my opinion.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was strong water pressure. Restaurant was fantastic, Fernando is a great cook, and the service was excellent, the 2 girls waiting on us were very attentive. The only downside was the internet - there was none. In 2026, reliable wifi should be standard.

The property is well maintained, and quite clean. Its proximity to the beach is great. But we were kept awake most of the night by other guests. Some were exploding M-80's nearby on the beach. There were also 16 motorcyclists staying at the bungalows next to us, who were loudly drinking and partying until early in the morning. I approached the cyclists at one point and asked if they'd mind moving their party to the beach. They were hostile and told me to go away. At any other hotel or motel, the staff would recognize that their guests are being disturbed by after-hours noise levels. Victor's staff did nothing, they didn't seem to care. If you want to raise hell and do anything you want all night, Victor's is your place. But if you want a good night's sleep, you should look elsewhere.
