This is a lovely building situated in a quiet street in the city center. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. Communication with staff was efficient although it is still odd for us to stay in a "hotel" that has no one onsite. While very close to a park and commercial corner, it is a residential, local area. We found some neighborhood bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We had no issues with noise from outside or from within the building itself (other guests were respectful/quiet). Bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I would stay here again unless I wanted a different location, although we did enjoy several aspects of this neighborhood. Our only glitch was they booked a taxi for our 6:00 departure to the airport and sent the taxi to an incorrect location. Luckily my husband speaks Spanish and was able to communicate with the driver to clarify where we were. Overall it was a good experience and a good stay.

The room was big and clean . AC was broken they fixed it the other day

This was a beautiful property and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was immaculately clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower head. The location was in a very walkable neighborhood that was close to restaurants and shopping. If you didn't mind the 20 or so minute walk to the Cathedral and La Giralda, you could easily catch a taxi outside of El Corte Ingles that was just a five minute walk from the apartment. We highly recommend staying at this property and would stay here again the next time we are back in Sevilla!

Seville is beautiful and so is this property. It was clean and comfortable. However there was a sewage smell, not sure why. Everything looks like the pictures and it’s in a decent location.

Our suite was on the second floor and really nice and neat. The basement always smelled fresh like jasmine flowers, which was great.

Die Lage ist ideal - alle wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar (innerhalb 20 Min.); Lokale, Bars, Cafés und Shoppingmeile sind direkt daran Das Appartement befindet sich in einem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Das Appartement ist sauber. Die Einrichtung ist modern und chic. Der Gastgeber hat als Begrüßung im Kühlschrank für uns eine Flasche Sekt und eine Flasche Wasser bereitgestellt. Sehr nette Geste! Das Team war immer hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Der einzige Nachteil von dem Appartement ist dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Aber ich habe trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen. Wenn wir nochmal Sevilla besuchen, werden wir nochmal das Appartement buchen!

Loved the hot tub suite! Really nice to come home after walking all day to soak and melt away the steps. Kitchen and interior finishes were nice. Fully functional kitchen with dishes and basic supplies. Bathroom shower had very good water pressure. Bed was nice, not the most comfortable but definitely acceptable.

Beautiful apartment, well furnished clean and perfectly located

The Aparthotel (room) was too small to accommodate a family of four. There was no space to re-group, as such, as the living area would be taken up as a 'second' bedroom - unlike a hotel where one could re-group / chat in the bar area, say. Also, 'housekeeping' was a listed service. Only towels were changed. There was no hoovering or cleaning of bathroom etc. Communication was good however.

A beautiful and clean apartment with excellent communication via WhatsApp. Stayed with my 2 year old and it was the perfect location to buy essentials from an Aldi 5min away and perfectly located from the main attractions which were all walking distance away. Highly recommend.

Great location. Close to many places that you need to see in Seville. Nothing more than a 15 minute walk. Grocery and tons of shopping five minute walk from hotel. Bed was made and towels refreshed but floor, kitchen and bath could have been cleaned much better.

Beautiful and stylish hotel in central Seville. Clean and comfortable room with lots of space and access to the roof terrace with a lovely view of the city.

The place was in a great location, close to plaza del Duke. Tourists transportation will come out from there. All communication was done easily through WhatsApp, and the team was very responsive. There’s no reception since it’s an apartment-style building, but check-in was simple and done online. You get a code to enter the building, which made things very convenient. They also offered free towel changes and made the bed during my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

I must say my stay was a delightful experience. The location is fantastic—just a short stroll away from supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient. Upon entering the building and my apartment, I was greeted by a fresh and pleasant aroma. The cleanliness was notable and really added to the atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
