Schönes Hotel mit super nettem Personal. Eine Bushaltestelle sowie diverse Restaurants sind quasi direkt vor der Tür zu finden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden

The hotel itself is nice, the room was good. I stayed in two types, as on arrival my room in the main hotel (standard double) wasn’t ready. They put be in the beach wing for one night. The standard double was considerably nicer than the beach wing room. What really lets this place down is the food. Breakfast was fine as it’s standard continental, lunch was hit and miss but normally ok. But for dinner, There was only one night that I enjoyed the food. One night, the options looked so grim for dinner that I ended up going out to a restaurant instead. Very limited options, mostly looking unappetising. Also, you’re only supplied with a bottle of water on the first day. After this, you have to use cups from the bar even for your room. It’s a shame as the facilities itself are nice, but the food is not worth the cost of all inclusive.

Nice hotel close to the beach and great buffet

Mio marito ed io abbiamo prenotato le 2 settimane centrali di Agosto in questa struttura all inclusive. La vacanza non era partita al meglio perché appena arrivati ci è stato detto che purtroppo la nostra stanza presentava problemi di tubature e ci è stato proposto di alloggiare per 3 notti (il tempo per risolvere il guasto) presso un'altra struttura, il Solimar Acquamarine Resort, distante circa 5km dal Solimar Torquise e di categoria superiore, sempre all inclusive. Per farsi perdonare ci hanno riservato la suite con piscina privata e all'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare in stanza un vassoio di dolcetti e vino. Trascorsi i 3 giorni siamo tornati al Solimar Torquise e per errore ci è stata data una camera standard mentre noi avevamo prenotato una junior suite. Appena abbiamo fatto notare l'errore allo staff, si sono subito prodigati per rimediare ed alla fine ci hanno fatto alloggiare in una delle suite fronte mare che era stupenda (scendendo le scale si era subito in spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini che ci hanno anche offerto gratis). Abbiamo apprezzato molto la sollecitudine e gentilezza dello staff nell'intervenire prontamente per rendere perfetta la nostra vacanza. Per questo ringraziamo di cuore e salutiamo con affetto Anna ed Anastasia che hanno reso possibile tutto questo. Portiamo nel cuore questa vacanza e speriamo di tornare presto! Raccomandiamo a tutti il Solimar Torquise in quanto è una bella struttura, si mangia bene ed è situata fronte mare e con movida serale!

Allt var suveränt, maten underbar och varierande på hotellet. Enda nackdelen var de "öppna" badrummen på rummen. Passar kanske par?, men inte när man åker ett gäng väninnor:-). Dock var det inte långt till pooltoaletten :-)

Great hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff that made sure our stay there was going well. Room was clean and air conditioning was working well in the room. All inclusive was perfect, plenty of different local foods and drinks were included to the package. Pool area was clean and not too full at the time we were staying there. Location was great too!

Zunächst wurden wir bei Ankunft, angeblich aufgrund von Problemen mit der Elektrizität, in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht - vom Adults Only Hotel zum Familienparadies, nicht gerade das, was wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten. Unser Zimmer war alt und abgewohnt, das Bad uralt und dreckig, die Putzfrau hat den Dreck von Links nach Rechts gewischt, die ältere Frühstücksdame war jeden Tag schlecht gelaunt, die Rezeptionsdame (mit dunklen Haaren) war unverschämt und hat lieber private Telefonate geführt. Einzig und allein der Mitarbeiter an der Poolbar und im Á-la-carte-Restaurant waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten all-inclusive gebucht und bekamen aufgrund der Umbuchung all-inclusiv-“plus”. Das Essen war, egal zu welcher Tageszeit, unterirdisch! Alle Speisen kalt, keine Abwechslung, keine lokalen Speisen, die Rohkost hat nach Spritzmittel und der Feta nach 3 Tagen sauer geschmeckt. Vom Kaffee will ich gar nicht reden, den konnten wir uns beim Frühstück sparen und ab 10.30 Uhr lieber den echten Kaffee von der Poolbar holen. Die Snacks am Pool waren alle einzeln in Plastik verpackt, die Getränke an den Bars wurden mallorca-like in Plastikbechern serviert, es wurde aber mit Umweltbewusstsein im Hotel geworben... Ja die Getränke... Meine Lieblingsgetränke nach 9 Tagen Aufenthalt waren Eistee, Baileys und heiße Schokolade - alle anderen Getränke im all-inclusive-“plus” waren miserabel. Der Strandzugang war gut zu erreichen, aber ungepflegt und mit altem Mobiliar ausgestattet.

I HAD A GREAT TIME AT SOLIMARE AQUAMARINE AT CHANIA TOO SO I EXPECTED SOMETHING LIKE THAT GREAT AND REAL TAXINOMY OF 5 STARS HOTEL .... MAKING A BOOK TO A SAME NAME HOTEL IS QUITE MISLEADED...AND I THINK YOU HAVE AS EXPEDIA TRAVEL SERVICES A GREAT PART OF RESPONSIBILITY TO THIS MISLEADED... 3.MY INVOICE AMOUNT WAS ABOUT 50 EUROS LOWER OF THE AMOUNT THAT EXPEDIA CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ....I THOUGHT IT WAS THE PRICE TO AVOID CONDITIONS LIKE THESE I REFERED ....SO I AM CURIOUS TO INFORM ME ABOUT THE WAY YOU ARE GOING TO REFUND ME FOR THE SERVICES YOU DIDNT OFFER ME AS I AM GOING TO INFORM A LARGE NUMBER OF FRIENDS OF MINE USING YOUR SERVICES IN USA AUSTRALIA AND GREECE

Komprimerat turiststråk med hotel/restauranger/barer/affärer på ena sidan genomfartsväg och likadant på motsatta norra sidan med en långsträckt strand med massa med solstolar och uthyrning för vattenlek. Helt OK med tonårsbarn några dar. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal som är vår genomgående känsla av alla greker på Kreta som bor och jobbar här.

Een plaats om terug te keren. Gezellig en heel proper hotel. Prijs, kwaliteit. Nieks op aan te merken. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Siisti hotelli lähellä rantaa. Allasalue pieni mutta oli meille riittävä. Hyviä ruokapaikkoja kävelymatkan päässä mm.Mithos -suosittelen! Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä,siivous päivittäin. Hotellihuoneen sisustus vanhahkoa, suihku oli rikki mutta sen kanssa pärjäsi. Itse pitää tyhjentää parvekkeelta vedet jotka ilmastointi tiputtaa. Sijainti hyvä.

Fantastiskt som vanligt. Agia Marina är bäst och Canea Mare är toppen. Bra läge och underbar personal.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful from the second I got there. I was traveling alone and so their friendliness made my trip so much better me. I felt like I was among family! The place was the cleanest - there was never a speck of dirt or sand anywhere.....ever. Also, the pizza was pretty darn good!!

Helt grusomt, to døgn i hell, ingen aircon som virket, bodde på to forskjellige rom, en hyggelig resepsjonist, men en grinete manager, som nektet å refundere noe av det vi hadde betalt, ettersom vi hadde betalt gjennom hotels.com. Vi flyttet til Thalassa Beach resort, kostet selvfølgelig litt ekstra, men reddet ferien til kona mi og meg selv

Godt familiedrevet hotel ejet af 3 brødre. Hoppeborg til børnene, samt børnevenlig pool. God pool bar med fin betjening. Længere oppe af vejen ligger to gode restauranter Nymfies og Nostos - begge et besøg værd. Alt i alt et godt hotel til rimelige penge.

Great place to stay in Chania. It is nice and close to beaches but also has a great pool on site. There is a games room with lots of fun activities. We appreciated the apartment room so we had our own separate bedroom.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel and were impressed by the friendly family who ran the hotel. They ensured your stay was enjoyable and answered several questions when required. I liked the fact their mattresses were comfortable and the rooms were clean and bright. The hotel is very central and close to the beach and lots of fantastic restaurants. Although the hotel was full it never seemed too busy.

Det er to år siden, vi sidst besøgte hotellet, og vi fik en dejlig varm velkomst. Personalet er utrolige søde, og man føler sig hjemme. Hotel Canea Mare kan kun anbefales...
