部屋の掃除も雑でタオル交換が無かった。

Our room was on the 4th floor. No elevator, so that was a climb for a family member with asthma. Also, the hotel has no generator so if there is a power outage, which is common in the Philippines, then you’ll be sleeping with no aircon or fan. The water pressure on the 4th floor is very low, so you’ll definitely take time showering :-). Location is close to the D Mall, about 5 minutes walk.

The property’s location is perfect . It’s close to everything. Rooms are clean . But Shouf have use lighter color beddings . Not suitable for older people since their is no elevator. But overall value for money

The room is clean, good and the owner and staff are very accommodating. We had great time there in boracay. The two nights of staying here were okay with this price and location. Their location is a bit hard to find at first but when you found it , it was good location to go to beach just by walk in 1 min. However, we were a bit surprised with no cleaning room service or we mis-understood with somthing, there was no cleaning room or changing towels after the first day there. Second was the blackout during the time (by government annocement),so I guess that shouldn't be counted on them. I have to say becuz of that we had a very poor wifi experience. All in all the staffs are really well-trained and friendly to us start from the first moment until we left there.

全体的に部屋は綺麗。シャワールームも2箇所あり使い勝手が良いが 部屋に冷蔵庫がほしかった。 以下は残念な点 使用していないトイレから尿の匂いが漂ってくる。 清掃を依頼して消臭スプレーをしたが2時間程度で匂いが元に戻った。施設側に問題があるのではないかと思う。 土曜日から火曜日まで3泊したが、wifiがつながったのは初日だけ。 日曜日に対応を依頼したが島のサービスが休みで不可とのこと。 火曜日になっても復旧しなかった。
