As always does not disappoint! Great property

Very nice rooms

Let me start with the good stuff first. The property is in near perfect condition and the building has gorgeous finishes. 2/3 of the restaurants were excellent and the staff was attentive. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen and the Lunch at Segreta was so good, I went back multiple times. The food and service at Zenith restaurant was not good. Getting water became a hassle and the steak was all fat. The waiter was very inattentive. The concierge was completely incompetent and blamed their mistake on me. The problem ended up getting resolved but they almost ruined my trip. I would not recommend relying on the concierge for anything.

Not bad and very good!

Short stay. Room was fabulous. Bar was nice with great bar man and good value cocktail night. Pool area was in shade when I got there and hectic and pretty dirty to be honest. Empty plates and glasses and tissues everywhere. Check-in took forever. Loads of lovely staff welcoming you but no one to check you in.

Incredible service from start to finish. This was booked for my girlfriend and she was overwhelmed with the service and attention she received from first minute to last. Thank you to everyone who made it so special and for accommodating my requests.

Disappointed! Paid a price of a 5* luxury hotel to get the service of much less. From check in, where we received confirmation early check in is guaranteed, yet the room wasn’t available. Got “upgraded” to a grand deluxe room, yet there was nothing grand or extra about it. Cleanliness is lacking, there is dust everywhere in the room! A room booked for 2 people yet amenities left for one person! Called room service at 730pm while we were leaving and asked them to clean our room, we returned around 930pm to find the room not cleaned like we left it! Staff didn’t care about this or show any remorse. Extremely disappointed! I stayed at the St. Regis in other countries and received the value for money I paid, here it is a waste of money! Paying for the name yet receiving nothing of the service. Will definitely think twice before considering this property again! Extremely disappointed!

everthing was great, except Butler would order a taxi that would charge me 10JD or 15JD, with meter , they never turn meter on, while same taxi , if you pick it up from the Street , he would turn meter on and total charges would be 1.5JD for the same Trip , i thought Hotel management should do better Job sourcing out Taxi , or at least notify guests it is meter based Ride not flat rate, since the whole System operates on meter

Amazing unforgettable place

Staff are excellent and very pleasant But I felt disrespected with my religious belief due to very restricted rules even though I was practicing privately .

I wish they would have a Spa ( sona, steamroom and jacuzzi) for the public. The private spa they have has been fully booked during my entire stay
