This property was a pleasant surprise to me. The spaciousness, cleanliness and the amenities were well above my expectations.

Hotel is clean and the staff was nice but our air condition made loud knocking noises when cutting on and off. Water was warm and never got hot

Amazing property with many great dining options that were walkable. The view was something out of a TV show and we really enjoyed our stay.

First off let me say the hotel was inviting, clean and nicely located. Easy walk to all major attractions. We visit NOLA at least once per year and this is our 1st time staying at this location. Gary the deont desk clerk was absolutely amazing; he was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He made our stay so pleasant. The only draw back was at 9am on the morning of check out (11am) housekeeping walked in unannounced (no knock or greeting) while we were getting dressed for breakfast. This made us feel very uneasy and was rhe only drawback to our stay. Based on this alone I'm not 100% sure if we will stay here again which is unfortunate as we really liked this location; we typically stay at the Westin on Canal but found this hotels location more conveniently located. The housekeeping barging in before checkout time (do not disturb sign on the door) with no knock, notice or apology really put a damper on our overall experience. However, Gary was amazing.

Had an amazing time, the room was spacious, and staff was extremely helpful. Gray was a great help with checking in and giving great suggestions around the city.

The hotel was very nice. Had all the amenities except a pool. Centrally located to Canal and Bourbon Streets. The only complaint I have was the noise from the elevators; it was so loud it woke us from our sleep. The noise vibrated through the whole building. The staff was aware and promised someone was coming to fix them. The service men never showed up while we were there for our five night stay. We would stay again but the elevators would have to be fixed.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were awesome and our room was nice and clean. We loved the full kitchen with a refrigerator to hold all of our leftovers and a microwave to warm them up. The trolley stop was right outside the door and Canal Street/Bourbon Street was in walking distance. I can’t wait to go back and will stay here again!!

I’ve stayed at better Marriott hotels. This one was not it. I thought I was in a Motel customer service is poor highlighting pictures on their website with false advertisement☹️☹️☹️☹️
