The place is nice and the local team is kind, but the owners and top managers are not that much. The manager and booking not so much! We tried to negotiate and the top manager refuse to attend us.

Great service, very accomodating. Rooms were clean, cosy and great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme dans les montagnes. Nous avons dormi dans un chalet et nous avons adoré. Le personnel est très aidant, petit déjeuner et dîner buffet. Le cadre est magnifique !

Hôtel très cher pour les prestations proposés Pas de vue, pas d internet, 2 petites serviettes de toilette par grand chalet, repas et petit déjeuner inclus mais style cantine d école ...bref pas terrible du tout ...

Overall a great place to stay and very much recommended. There isn’t much accommodation choice in jebel shams but you will be very happy here - the service was great (the dining room staff are so kind) and the rooms are basic but very nice. Setting is of course beautiful and it’s just a short drive to the start of the w6 hike as well as other beautiful vistas. The only fault would be that we booked an Arabic tent and upon arrival were ‘upgraded’ to a bungalow - however it turned out that they hadn’t actually finished building the Arabic tents so not only was the website misleading but the so called upgrade was for their convenience, not to please us! Regardless the room was nice and we were very happy with our stay. Good range of food for breakfast and dinner buffets and great value for money. No WiFi which could be inconvenient for some guests but we personally enjoyed it.

Bergcamp in toller Natur

Great location, close to the Wadi Ghul viewpoints and hiking trails. Mountain-view room was roomy and comfortable. Good buffet for breakfast and dinner (included). But, the front desk staff was not really friendly, and there was no WiFi.

Check-in verlief zügig, professionell und unkompliziert. Bungalowzimmer sauber, Handtücher und Toilettenartikel vorhanden. Essen in Büffetform war gut und reichlich. Softdrinks inklusive, ebenso Tee und Kaffee. Frühstück reichhaltig, Check-out schnell. Gute Lage zum Wanderweg W6 Balcony Walk. Ein Erlebnis!

It was convenient for hiking the balcony trail. Service was friendly, accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the food was gof.

Staff were friendly but didn’t seem to be many around in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner. Situated ideally for anyone wishing to trek in jebel Shams. The tents understandably get cold at night, but a convection heater is provided for your convenience. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the lighting could have been a bit better as it seemed quite dark inside. The reception had no record of our booking or payment, but we’re very good at sorting this out and didn’t delay our check in.

Wir hatten nur ein Zelt gebucht und bekamen gratis ein Upgrade auf ein Chalet, das mit den Natursteinwänden sehr stilvoll war. Es ist herrlich ruhig gelegen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr aufmerksam und half bei allen Fragen gerne weiter. Der Balcony-Trail ist unbedingt zu empfehlen (Startpunkt ca. 5 km mit dem Pkw vom Resort entfernt). Das Abendessen (Tellerservice) war gut und sehr reichlich (verschiedene Fleischsorten, Beilagen und Salate). Beim Frühstück gab es das landestypische, aus europäischer Sicht eher von der Auswahl her spärliche Angebot.

バスタブはあってもお湯は乏しく、夜は寒かったです。敷地は広く、レストランへ行く道も暗く、懐中電灯が欲しいくらいでした。シャレーに３泊しましたがゆっくりくつろいだり散歩をして過ごすのにはちょうどよかったです。部屋からはヤギも見えました。一泊二食つきでしたが、山の中にも関わらず、バラエティーに富んだ食事に感謝をしながらいただきました。マスカットから3時間はんと、時間もお金もかかりましたが、それ以上の経験ができました。
