Staff member working beside the Dead Sea itself was very friendly and helpful

I checked out after 5 hours. All pools close at 7. The area near the beach was not clean

*Lovely views from rooms and common areas. Functional rooms, with small but nice balconies. Comfortable beds. *Beach area a bit rustic, and could use some repairs to furniture, but I like how it is relatively flat for easy entry to the Dead Sea. There are also several pools. *Main problem: Extremely loud outdoor music from 8:00 pm-11:00 pm. I understand that some people like having entertainment at night, but does it need to be SO loud? (No, it need not be. But it is.)

Det var et fint ophold for to dage. Nem adgang til det døde hav og høj sikkerhed i form af livredder ved hver pool, samt ved havet. Personalet var meget søde og venlige.

Everything was great, except the food Quality Their room was very clean comfortable . Front desk, housekeeping, and The staff at the pool outstanding. Restaurant, Food and quality and cleanliness were sub par Was very disappointed, was not worth the money I paid for the buffets

I recommend this hotel, it suits best for families and the kids had a lot of fun there.

I liked the comfort of the bed, size of the room. Balcony with a view of the Dead Sea. Food at breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Didn't like no loo paper at all in gents loo by the pools on day 2 (limited loo paper in some loos on day 1). Bedside light worked on day 1 then stopped working. No hot water for a shower at about 5:45pm (it did heat up about 45 minutes later but annoying when you expect to shower).

Hôtel qui a dû être magnifique il y a quelques années, manque d'entretien flagrant, repas du soir du niveau cantine, hygiène salle de restaurant à revoir. Hôtel pas trop cher pour la mer morte mais ne vaut pas plus.

Personale in generale gentile. Non sono rimasta soddisfatta della cena a buffet. La prima sera, dopo aver aspettato, ho dovuto chiamare un ragazzo per far pulire il tavolo. Alla richiesta fatta di avere dell'acqua il ragazzo ha risposto certamente, peccato che poi fosse andato a parlare col ragazzo all'entrata fregandosene allegramente

Dinner was 18 JD for a terrible, terrible dinner. Many things were closed. The rest was Ok

Das Frühstück war exzellent! :) Der Schimmel sollte dringend beseitigt werden - vor allem im Zimmer und den ganzen Lüftungsanlagen. Eher für Raucher geeignet, da der Rauch von der Lobby, wo anscheinend geraucht werden darf, bis ins Zimmer rein gezogen ist, was für Nichtraucher wie uns inakzeptabel ist! Auch die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern sollte besser sein. Es waren Haare unter dem Bettlaken, Ränder von Gläsern auf den (Nacht-)Tischen und der Spiegel, als auch die Balkon Fenster sind nur halbherzig sauber gemacht worden.

For 1 Day ok. 2 Days mmmmhhhh?????... then bye bye......Prices are in JD not in Euro. dollar.... 18 JD dinner expensive but Good... no choice around....

انت شفت الخدمة رائعة وممتازة واطلاق البوفيه ممتازة ولكن نظافة المسابح متوسطة بحاجة لعناية اكثر والحمام بحاجة لعناية اكتر لوجود خلل في تصريف مياه الشور .

We are a family of 4, booked the executive suite with sea view, highly recommended. The receptionist was very kind to give a late check out until 3pm. The hotel is great, some parts are wear and tear but value for money I’d definitely reccomend. The private beach to the dead sea is awesome.

The entrance to the Dead Sea was very good. Not rocky like other places.
