Fantastic views with perfect location! I don’t think I could’ve asked for better hotel.

Good environment but bad service, not any service to help customers in snow days. We pay so expensive price but even didn’t help us to remove snow in car park. View is beautiful but room is ver small and limited facilities and dining is expensive, everything in this hotel is expensive

Awesome view of Mt Cook from our room.

This property was in a great location for exploring Mt. Cook/Aoraki National Park! While there was free parking, I could see how it may get filled up during busy season. The rooms were spacious and had great views; however, you could hear your neighbors clearly and the water pressure in the bathroom was pretty low. Restaurants and activities on site for convenience.

We had a good view from the hotel. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. House keeping did a really good job thank you!

2025.5.21-23に2泊しました。建物も客室も非常に綺麗でした。2日間、アルパインレストランでディナーを食べましたが、ビュッフェのメイン料理は変わっていたので大満足でした。 ハイキングは最高の景色で、夜は満天の星空が楽しめました。またリピートしたいです。

Very good location for travelers and Mountain lovers

Gorgeous view of Mt. Cook. Clean room, nice staff and convenient to the trails. Would love to stay again next time visiting Mt. Cook

Good parking, food, and location

The room was neat and tidy but was a bit aged. Very close to the hiking tracks. One of the limited options at Mt Cook Village.

Loved the location and mountai views.

Disappointing we had to wait for the room to be cleaned as their check in time is an hour later than anywhere else we have stayed, otherwise staff were friendly and helpful. Looking for the entrance to our accommodation block we could not find it at we thought it was the laundry/housekeeping area will trolleys of laundry at the entrance and in the hallway to the room. Food was excellent, room was neat and tidy, overall it was a pleasant stay.
