Very friendly staff and accommodating

Our beds were not clean the Sheets Were stained the bathrooms were filthy there was mold everywhere somebody entered our room at 1:30 in the morning while we were sleeping with a locked door there was bodily fluids on the bed sheets we were too tired to complain as we were doing a burn and turn flight I would not recommend staying here I would not recommend anything and if I could I would seek a full refund

Cheap. And we'll located. Most of the staff were friendly. I needed an extra key and was given it. Mostly basic but all you need.

The room was not cleaned. Garbage bin was full. The bedding and towels with heirs. AC was broken. The recepnionist could not find my booking for 15 minutes in computer.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY VERY DIRTY. I WOULD GIVE ZERO. Bed was very dirt, the front desk refused to wash everything.

Reception didntbeven looked reception some part in a hallway boxes all over a desk blocking the area to make it a makeshift reception. The staff at Reception was rudest person alive, didnt greet didnt explain anything, snatched my ID off hand put machine in front of me to charge extra, when I asked what is this for I already paid through expedia these barely spoke a word 'Security'. I asked Security of who 'you or me' then stated secority deposit if you break anything. gave me the access card ripped off a paper wrote wifi password on it and thats it didnt explain whete to to go. I had to wait for 2 mins and then I asked ok now where should I go. reached the room. Barely one light bulb hanging on ceiling. Tiny bed, Dirty stained bedsheet. Bathroom had 'Blackmold' all around bathtub only 1 towel. Worst hotel. I have picture of evey single thing that was wrong and trust me i took 20 or more pics Well second day there was no one at reception I wrote a note asking to change the bedsheet and provide/chamge towels. Came back in the evening nothing. Bed was the same towels werent there. No respect to clients request.

This was my second stay at London Inn Motel. The location is okay and the room condition was acceptable, but I had a serious issue with the security deposit, which has still not been resolved. The motel charges a $200 deposit. During my first stay in November, $200 was deducted from my account. I waited almost one month, but the money was never credited back. When I contacted the hotel, I was told it was only an authorization and to contact my bank. After checking with my bank multiple times, they confirmed that the amount was fully deducted and never returned. During my recent second stay, I spoke directly with the manager and showed him my bank statements proving the money was not credited back. After checkout, I again contacted my bank, and they confirmed no refund was received. When I called the hotel, I was asked to call after 5 PM. When I did, the manager was very rude and claimed that the money had been deposited the previous day—nearly three months later. I asked for a receipt or proof of refund, which my bank specifically requested, but the hotel refused to provide any documentation. After that, they stopped answering my calls altogether. The manager did not cooperate at all in resolving this issue. I am still waiting for written proof or confirmation that the $200 deposit was refunded. This experience has been extremely stressful and unprofessional. I would strongly advise future guests to be very careful with the deposit and to keep all records if staying here.

Not clean. Cold water in shower. Not enough amenities. Towels and bedsheets dirty.

Expedia booked us into the wrong hotel. Did not discover that until trying to check in at the hotel we chose. Had to drive across town. It was a scary hotel, more like a homeless shelter, but gross, like entering The Shining, but run down and in disrepair. Staff were nice, though.
