Noisy, peeling wallpaper, broken mirrors, toilets that constantly block. Breakfast was shocking - cook can only do fried eggs, boiled sausage and salad. No hot water three mornings out of seven. Phones can't call outside of hotel. Pay movie channel not available to guests. Gym and spa closed. Staff can't speak any English. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Let me start by saying that the Mongolian people are a proud caring hardworking nation who genuinely care about iohers.i absolutely so not. Blame them in any way for what I am about to write. The owner if this hotel should be ashamed. Without any doubt one of the very worst hotels I have experienced in almost 40 years of business travelling. Ignore the images shown on the travel sites - the rooms are poorly maintained with missing curtains, broken nirror frames, peeling wallpaper, etc. I demanded to move after a few nights as I was originally placed on the front of the hotel and was kept awake for three nights by the busy eight lane road in front of my room. The rooms have safes but they rent actually attached to anything (???!!!!) You are given a bin to put your soiled toilet paper into but it will not have a lid. The movie channels do not work ("not available for guests") The gym and spa are closed The breakfast is prepared by a guy I believe was actually a caretaker (judging by his uniform and baseball cap). Breakfast will be a boiled sausage cut in half two eggs a bit if cucumber a tomato and some toast. Each. And. Every. Day. By day five I skipped it and just a sandwich from a local shop. Service was not good. Any issues with room and they did not fix or would not fix. Location was ok but pay more and go to city center.

Camera ampia, letto comodo. Posizione decentrata ma comunque buona. Servizio alla reception da rivedere : inglese quasi mai pervenuto a livello accettabile. Arrived late in the evening and left early the following morning. Room was extremely large and comfortable. Wasn’t able to check out the area. Uber and taxi service are unreliable. Hotel staff was helpful and eventually was able to locate a taxi to the airport. I booked the hotel while at the airport and although the reservation was sent to the hotel, record of my payment was not. I was required to pay for my room on arrival which was about 40% higher than listed rate. Hotel has promised to credit my card for the higher amount. Would I stay at this property again? YES!

호텔 청결상태는 괜찮았지만 단체관광객이 많아서인지 조식은 엉망이었어요.7시부터인데 8시에 가니 벌써 단체분들이 쓸고 가셨는데 남은것도 없고 추가로 가져다 놓지도 않았어요.주변은 교통체증이 장난아니더군요..자유여행하시는분은 힘드실거에요.

이틀을 각각 예약 했는데 방도 한번은 안 좋고 한 번은 좋았고. 식사도 한 번은 숙박인원 다 포함, 한 번은 침대당 1인만 제공이라고 추가요금 요구 (동일한 컨디션으로 호텔스 닷 컴에서 예약했음에도..). If you check in the hotel, you should ask to want to stay main building. I stay twice this hotel as same booking condition. The room was totally different between main building and next building. And.. at the second stay, they request to me extra charge for breakfast except one person(my booking condition was included breakfast without restriction!!)

I'm new to world travel, and not sure what to expect in Mongolia, so my perspective might need calibration. This hotel was good. The room was clean and a little worn. The hallways and elevator weren't as in as good shape. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Royal Mountain again.

ウォシュレットがついていて良かった。朝食の際に提供されるジュースがとてもマズイ。洗面所にはコップがあったが、部屋にタンブラーが無く不便。シャワーは温まるまで時間がかかり、温まってもぬるかった。
