Great location for exploring south east Yorkshire. We stayed just one night on a trip to Spurn Point, but so enjoyed Paull Farm that we are thinking about when we could return, stay longer and explore further. The room was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully clean. The separate "DIY" breakfast room was a great facility allowing us to choose when to have breakfast and build ourselves an excellent continental style breakfast. Peaceful location, walks on the doorstep, super friendly hosts: what's not to like. Just one thing that might be a concern for some (not us): the location is rural so nearest place to eat (pub) is a short drive away, with more facilities a few miles further.

Excellent peaceful and tranquil location with modern facilities in spacious newly built bedroom annex. Warren is always on hand to deal with any queries and give helpful advice. Breakfast is continental style in the kitchen and seating area, which is open 24/7 for snacks, teas and coffee. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was a refreshing change from the corporate norm. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- excellent.

Lovely laid back location. Friendly owners. Breakfast was great. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very welcoming and the accommodation lovely and warm in comparison to the chilly air outside. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade compote, pies and jams. We would highly recommend it to anyone else.
