Lovely stay with amazing views both from balcony and the jacuzzi. The only negative; the food was mediocre

Amazing staff that treated you with positive energy and they were very helpful. The view from the pool over the whole island and the horizontal view from the hotel room is worth all the money! Would recommend!😊😊

propre mais très désuet. Manque d'entretien à tous les niveaux, nous n'avons pas utilisez la piscine(pas chauffée) et les spas mais aucune serviette à disposition pour ceux-ci. Emplacement quand même isolée et tranquille. Le personnel est très gentil. Le buffet bon mais pas wow, pas beaucoup de choix. Les quantités ne sont pas très grande non plus. Wifi disponible et de bonne qualité

La vue de la chambre était fantastique mais la chambre sentait l’humidité et la peinture était décollé a plusieurs endroits. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

Was not able to enjoy amenities because of the weather and early departure but the view looked lovely. The floor in our room was VERY noisy and the bathroom could do woth some updating. The shower curtain was old and discoloured and the shower faucet very basic and flew all over the place unless you held it. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was not great. Breakfast looked good but we didn't have time to enjoy as we had a flight to catch. Staff were wonderful!

Old and worn, but clean. Breakfast was sparse, barely anything more than slices of bread, cheese and cereal. Won't go there again.

Rude management! Hot tub dirty and not warm. Breakfast worse than basic for Madeira.

Vi endte med at checke ud 15min efter vi var checket ind. Vi var blevet syge lige op til indcheckning og vi vurderede at hotellet ikke levede op til kravene om at restituere ordentlig, da der var meget koldt, utrolig lydt og en hård seng. Vi synes ikke hotellet levede op til den sum penge vi havde betalt desværre. Vi fik en bærbar radiator, men indså det ville tage lang tid at varme værelset op til en ordentlig temperatur. Vi nåede derfor ikke at gøre brug af faciliteterne. Personalet virkede søde og de var godt i gang med rengøring af værelset ved ankomst.

Piscine un peu à l’abandon. Bains à remous bâché et pas en fonction. La partie restauration est loin des chambres (escaliers et deux routes à traverser). Personnel ne parlant que peu anglais. Chambre très petite et humide.
