Hôtel et personnel au top, je recommande !

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im EG, in der Dusche tropfte es von der Decke, wenn die Gäste über mir duschten. Zudem kein Duschvorhang... Klimaanlage war defekt. Personal eher demotiviert. Frühstück habe ich ausgelassen, hat überhaupt nicht frisch und lecker ausgesehen.

Ohh my god, please do not go to this hotel. Its a scam, and hotels.com is not taking responsability of this. I arrived at 1am to the hotel, and they said they didnt have rooms available (and we had the reservation confirmed, and we had to go to another hotel, which was a motel, without water) and then the next day we went back adn they gave us a room, and surprise no hot water. For 100 euros, you rather go to many other places in the area. This hotel is really bad managed and they dont have hot water, check the reviews from google, not form hotels. And please think twice about using hotels.com, UNTIL TODAY THEY ARE NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE WITH THIS.

I stayed here for one night before catching a flight to another island. At €100 per night – the most expensive rate I’ve paid on Cape Verde – it was a huge disappointment. As a Gold Member on Expedia, I was promised a bottle of sparkling wine, which was missing. Instead, my room came with a cockroach (photo attached). Maybe it drank the wine for me. The air conditioning didn’t work, the shower drain was clogged, and mosquitoes thrived in the stagnant water. Housekeeping seemed questionable too – the first thing I saw was a squished mosquito smeared on the wall. When I asked for another room, the night porter said the hotel was fully booked. For one night, it’s manageable, but for this price, you’d expect better. Breakfast was fine, though I never got my omelet after waiting 30 minutes. The cockroach, however, met its end and became a feast for ants by morning. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel – it’s way overpriced and feels too "eco-friendly" for comfort.

Très bon séjour le directeur est aux petits soins pour les clients cela est vraiment agréable . Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus diversifié et devoir payer 1 euros de supplément pour 1 omelette ressemble à une blague . Mais tout est correcte propre et frais

Sijainti ok. Muuten todella vaatimaton hotelli. Koko aikana ei tullut lämmintä vettä suihkusta, ilmastointi ei toiminut ja muutenkin nuhjuinen mesta.

All you need for a confortable stay

Hôtel propre, équipements en bon état, les chambres sont spacieuses (coin salon, balcon donnant sur la piscine). La piscine est très agréable. Petit déjeuner très correct. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le quartier est calme, en retrait de la zone touristique mais en 5 minutes vous êtes sur la grande rue piétonne et ses multiples bars, restos et magasins.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns bei jedem Problem unterstützt und uns sehr geholfen. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Auswahl ausreichend.

Organised an airport transfer but no one came to collect, luckily there was a night guard who could still check us in and we did get a free upgrade. Also extending the stay was very easy. Location is good very near the beach and room condition was great also. Would recommend

Bon hôtel à Santa Maria mais un peu excentré (pas de panique, une quinzaine de minutes de marche et vous êtes au centre ville. Comptez 5 à 10 minutes pour la plage). Chambre confortable, wifi parfaite, piscine agréable et bon petit déjeuner. Seuls bémols, la navette aéroport pourtant commandée à l'avance n'est jamais venue et j'ai dû prendre un taxi (au même prix que celui convenu avec l'hôtel) et pour le retour, l'hôtel demandait 5 € de plus qu'initialement prévu. J'ai donc été chercher un taxi moi même. Ah oui. Pas de shampoing dans les chambres. Uniquement du savon. Il y a un petit magasin chinois à 50 mètres. Vous pourrez en acheter là bas au cas où

Service friendly environment

Nice enough hotel just a short walk to the centre of the town. First night there was a loud buzzing from electricity box that kept me up all night. That was sorted the next day. I had 2 VIP Gold offers on my account. They failed to provide either of them. Didn’t receive a bottle of sparkling wine on checkin. Indeed they charged me €2 for a bottle of water. I was also entitled to free late checkout. They refused unless I paid €25 (so there was obviously availability). The shower seems to run out of hot water by 9am. So I couldn’t shower before checking out. It’s ok for the price, but might be worth ignoring any Gold benefits offered (you won’t get them) and paying a bit more to stay somewhere else.
