I gave a negative rating because upon checking in, they informed they had no rooms available. Then why did they book it?!? They said they’d refund within one week, and after 10 days, still no refund.

Room was very spacious, but the bathroom was very small in comparison, which was inconvenient. Room was humid and smelled mildly of uncomfortable stuffiness. Running AC did not help because it wasn't cooling anything. Balcony was nice though.
