All the staff were lovely and super helpful in all areas. The room was always clean when we returned and the property was well maintained. The area was lovely and the beach was beautiful.

Great short stroll to pool, beach, not overlooked by others. Staff amazing!!!! Chef cooked our caught fish and was the best fish ever ate. Staff very helpful. Few issues with external tour operators and miss communication from reception staff. Not telling us tour was cancelled until we were waiting for pickup yet they admitted to receiving call 2hrs earlier. But all ok.... happens like that .

Breakfast was fantastic as was the one dinner we had at Cafe Vila. I wish we’d had more dinners there. The pool and resort in general are lovely and very well kept. A few things were broken/needed some TLC in the apartment but it didn’t really affect our stay. I would love to return one day!

The resort is a bit old. But clean! I would like to suggest, if you can provide an umbrella to your guest upon arrival. And they can give it back to you when they check out. As your restaurants are all the way in the front of the property. And for rainy days all your guests where wet in the rain.

We are so happy we chose Nasama. We visited other resorts around Efate and most had issues. I can recommend Nasama as the best choice for families

We loved our stay at Nasama resort. We could swim, snorkel and kayak straight from the beach. Great snorkelling, with a reef close to the beach. Our apartment was very comfortable for our family with airconditioning and a kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Still working on a refund given we couldn’t stay due to the earth quake and they will not refund our $3700 of our family holidays savings and we dirán even stay there.

Great hotel to stay. very friendly staff. Right on the beach. Great space. Bit far from everywhere, but easy to get transport around

Very laid back relaxing resort. Friendly staff, good food at the two restaurants. Stunning view. Beach small, but pool big enough. Snorkelling not spectacular, but still fun. More for adults as hardly any small children amenities.

I have mobility issues and within hours of speaking to the owner about some accessibility improvements that could be made he had a ramp installed giving me extra freedom. Not expected but greatly appreciated.

Loved the snorkelling off the beach and Cafe Vila was excellent. Beautiful food. Three pigs restaurant was ok but service was terrible.

I had the most amazing time staying at Nasama. The Vanuatu people are so kind & welcoming. I have food allergies & Cafe Vila ensured I was looked after well & there was a great range of gluten free options to choose from. Very relaxing atmosphere. Absolutely loved snorkeling 100 metres from my Villa. Highly recommend to anyone & I will be returning to Nasama Resort again for sure.

The front desk staff and cleaning staff were fantastic here which is what made the stay very pleasant for us. We didn't spend much time in the resort as we were out on tours most of the time - so can't really comment too much on activities and outdoor amenities here. The rooms were spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchenette for those travelling with young kids that are picky eaters. :) The two restaurants at Nasama had a good variety of food and most dishes were quite nice as well. The beach just outside also has some corals and plenty of starfish and other small fish to keep both adults and kids happy if you need to spend some time in the water at the resort itself. Overall, it's a convenient and good place for families touring Efate island.

Bathrooms inadequate eg no soap holder/s in shower; meals extremely limited and very expensive; not enough facilities eg no toilet near pool; gardens not cared for; fixtures not serviced eg light switch gave me shocks until it was replaced. Cleaning basic but adequate except for corners that were grimy. Manager lurking in both restaurants was intimidating. Prices of meals were raised but the menus had not been changed. Transport to town was in very dirty vans that rattled and bumped all the way. In Port Vila we were ripped off at a couple of places eg overcharged by more than $10 over 5 items at the main supermarket. Fortunately I noticed but wonder how many others would not have noticed for such a small shopping list.
