Amazing location with easy access to many different locations to do business transactions

Amazing place with a grade a standard of excellence. I’ll recommend this place for people who wants to visit Sierra Leone. Easy access to the beach city area (CBD).

Amenities were great

Cockroaches in the kitchen, Rat running in the hallway Washing machine not working properly, had to pay to get my clothes washed. Television didn't work properly until i left the hotel. Had to clean the microwave and fridge myself. Nice and supportive staff People from outside could see/look right into my living room which made me feel unsafe so I had to report and they covered the access point. I'd go there again if the service is improved upon but i need a refund for my inconvenience and discomfort. The restaurant staff weren't good.

I’ve been in that hotel about 3 times now. Tho was my fourth. This tube I was surprised with service and attention to service. Waited to place a request for service. Called about 4 or five times. No answer. I called the reception and was told they will tell them. Waited for about 35 minutes. I had to leave my room and walk there my self. I’ll go here again next time but I won’t buy food or call then for any thing again

The Staffs at the front desk, restaurant and pool bar are wonderful, the pay attention to detail. And they care for your every need.

Was great

I travel for work all over the world and I rarely leave a review that’s this bad for a hotel but this one is deserved. There are some nice young people who work there but the management is terrible, it is disorganized, the staff are poorly trained, and if you have another option, I’d avoid this hotel. When I was sick from food poisoning from the hotel food I called down to the front desk three times to ask for water over a period of hours and no one bothered to bring me any. They mopped the floor and didn’t properly mark it and I slipped and fell and injured myself. If you stay here, you’re basically captive. There isn’t any food beyond the hotel. The staff doesn’t know what’s going on. At one point I called down to the front to find out how late they serve breakfast on the weekend and was told 10. It was actually 1130. And the front desk was 15 feet from the restaurant. I see no excuse for such a poorly managed property.

I truly thank all the staff working there for making our stay peaceful.

I give it 5 stars, thanks to the kind service particularly from the two ladies at front desk (shout out to Agnes!). They were very accommodating and helpful, always solution oriented, kind and respectful. Location wise - the hotel is close to many of the offices I needed to visit which was convenient.

Very high standard of rooms and food service here. Great poolside bar/cafe and very nice pool. Breakfast is great with lots of options. Area around the hotel is busy but close to government offices and accessible to downtown and for the routes out of town.
