Pros: The lodge was decent, clean and accessible to all amenities in Aruba! It’s literally 5 minutes away from the airport and everything you need is about 5 minutes in proximity driving. The check in process was easy, the area is safe. You get a key to lock the gate when you come and leave. They use an honor system when it comes to that. There’s a beautiful pool as soon as you enter the lodge and there is free parking. Also you get a stove and fridge with dishes and cutleries for your convenience. Cons- we did t have any room service. We had to keep asking for things that should be available. Example: we had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper, but had room service come, they would’ve seen that it’s needed. Someone stole the baby’s bathing suit. There was not much attention to customer service, the hole thing seemed transactional with little to no human contact. Overall it’s an 8/10. They need to do better with customer service and attention to details and common needs of the guest. Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay, Danny was super helpful. Pool was clean, our room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was really friendly! Plenty of room for my wife and 2 kids. Our tip would be to rent a car to get around to beaches and restaurants!

It was in a good location. Not far from the airport. I had buy dish soap and wash the dishes they didn't look clean. The microwave didn’t work. I enjoyed the pool. The bed was comfortable. It was ok for the price.

Le check out se fait de façon automnes, il n'y a personne sur place le week-end. Pour ce qui est de la chambre à un strict necessaire y est,la cafetière contenait du moisi avec un reste de café, eau de la douche est sois chaude ou sois froide, quartier chaud !! Il y a eu une altercation pendant que nous étions la...Notre experience n'était pas positive du tout. Nous avons réserver 7 jours et sommes rester 2 jour

Rooms were clean, easy check in and out. Simple room in a location close to a grocery store and a major road.

Great duplex , quiet, only I concern is no one clean room every day , and bath tissue not enough for us to stay for 3 night , beside that all shall be good !

The whole experience was positive, clean room very comfortable bed and quiet, one of the pillows was very hard but just a simple request at the front office and that was corrected. Would definitely consider it again.

La chambre était très propre le personnel vu seulement a l'arrivée était très courtois. Le seule bémols c'est les fournitures dans la chambre pas de placard aucune place pour les vêtements..on a pris spécialement un studio avec cuisinette seulement la vaisselle étaient très très ancienne la poele et le chaudrons étaient sale collant et vieux. Pas de savon a piur laver la vaisselle bref on a pas pu cuisiner a notre convenance..

The bed and pillows were very hard making sleep very uncomfortable. Don’t know if the facility offers options. I asked for a roll out bed up on arrival but never received it. Otherwise the place was clean and modern. The staff was responsive

The property is clean , safe, Quiet, staff friendly, I didn’t get any warm water in my tap for a shower, and the bed was a little too hard , I didn’t like the entrance to the property if it’s improved I would visit again
