A great apartment in the middle of the city. Very clean and large bathroom! Beds comfy and felt very safe to get in and out with the code. Excellent location with rear restaurants and coffee shops nearby!

Top Appartment im Herzen der Stadt….kurze Wege. Nur die Parksituation in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus mit Öffnungszeiten von 07.00 - 20.00 Uhr hat Potential. Alles in allem aber empfeheenswert für kleine Gruppen, Familien oder auch Selbstversorger

Wir haben dieses Apartment gebucht, weil wir mehrere einzelne Personen waren und es angeblich 2 Schlafzimmer haben sollte. De facto war es aber nur ein Schlafzimmer und eine so unbequeme Schlafcouch für zwei Personen, dass man mehrere male in der Nacht aufwachte, weil es so unkomfortabel war. Das Apartment war nur über mehrere Türen, die per Code zu öffnen waren zu erreichen. Leider funktionierten diese Türcodes nicht zuverlässig, so dass wir gezwungen waren die Rezeption anzurufen und diese fühlte sich, obwohl die Buchung hierüber angenommen war nicht zuständig. Und dann wurde auch noch mehrmals zum Ausdruck gebracht, dass der Chef das nur regeln könnte, der aber zur Zeit schliefe. Dann wurde unterstellt, dass man zu dumm sei, die Tür zu öffnen. Nie wieder!

The apartment and staff exceeded our expectations during our stay in Düsseldorf. The size of the apartment was large enough for my family (2adults/2kids). It was fully stocked with chinaware, utensils, dish soap and cleaning supplies. The only downside at no fault to the apartment was we arrived very late in the evening on Saturday and there was no store open to purchase an drinks (water). Majority of the stores were also closed on Sunday with the exception of a small kiosks and a couple restaurants. The staff granted our late check out on Monday so that we could enjoy the city for a little while before departing.

I was in Dusseldorf on business for a few days. The location is perfect, close to the public transport hubs, shops and a short walk to the old town where there are copious food and beverage options. The apartment is like new with plenty of space, good facilities and of course a comfortable bed. Key-less entry simplifies the check-in process
