Tuve una muy mala experiencia, lo único que puedo resaltar es el servicio y la buena voluntad de Tatiana de recepción. Al recibir la habitación iba a usar el baño y no lo habían limpiado, la caneca de basura tenía el papel higiénico y la suciedad del huesped anterior. Tatiana amablemente lo limpió ya que el servicio de limpieza ya no estaba en la propiedad. Luego me encuentro con que el internet no funciona por lo que no pude trabajar desde el hotel y me tocó irme al Oro Verde para poder trabajar. A la mañana siguiente no caía casi agua de la ducha lo que hizo que mi lavada de pelo durara el doble. El desayuno no tiene opciones, solo un huevo seco con salchicha. Los muebles de la habitación están viejos y la cama sonaba hasta cuando me sentaba en ella. Realmente no fue para nada una buena experiencia, no lo recomendaría al menos para personas que van por trabajo.

The hot water didnt work the first night. Staff is not attentive nor welcoming. There was no hair dryer in the room. Breakfast is included but not much to select. Do not waste your money here. There are better places in Cuenca.

Sadly, I did not stay at this property. Before arriving, I called 3 times and sent an email to ask about an early check in. No answer. Took a taxi to come in person to ask directly at 8:30am. Stood at the locked door for 5 minutes after pressing the bell repeatedly. No one at the front desk. Returned at 7pm to let them know I was not staying. Rang the bell. Again, no one there. Do they have certain hours for the front desk? Ended up staying at Hotel Oro Verde just down the street where the staff always greets you and asks to take your luggage.

Tiene una muy buena relación calidad/precio. Creo que necesita más personal, mejorar la calidad del desayuno… pero es un lugar adecuado para dormir en Cuenca.

The lady was nice, and the room was clean. Our issue was that they did not accept our Capital one card and we had to pay in cash.

Pleasant reception at the front desk. Room had no soap or shampoo products in the shower, and no glasses available. Window blinds were stained, not pretty. Breakfast was mediocre.

Un desastre. La primera noche sobrevendieron el hotel y no nos dieron la habitación a pesar de tener la reserva. El dueño jamás dio la cara y la recepcionista totalmente ineficiente y quemeimportista, ni hizo el intento de dar una solución.

La verdad el precio-calidad, no lo amerita. Desayunos muy pobres, el servicio con lo justo pues hay poquisimo personal. El wifi un desastre, el agua caliente intermitente. No volveria.

Excelente ubicación. Cómodo para pocos días. Deben mejorar las instalaciones, muebles y toallas, ya se nota el desgaste.
