The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed on top of the fridge and the floor was wet. Apparently there was only beer and soft drinks served at the bar...no glass of crisp white wine for us then. The whole place is ridiculously shabby and in dire need of a spruce up. I would not recommend at all in its current condition. The one bright light was the young chef in the restaurant who was friendly and enthusiastic.

Hotel lacks attention to detail. No plug in the basin despite having asked. Room faced directly onto the car park. Very poor breakfast. Did not dare eat there in the evening.
