The staff was very friendly and helpful as usual, you will be in the heart of The Avenues mall the biggest mall of Kuwait, all the shops are just few steps away. The breakfast was delicious and there was a new crepe station with freshly made crepes.

At the front desk we me great staff Mr.Kireem with his kind smile and nice welcoming attitude He is so polite and friendly professional and he extended all support we are looking for We think he is eligible for higher positions with all of this he made our stay not forgettable Thank you to the hotel management for selecting like this professional gentleman.

Check in was smooth and quick. Room condition was excellent. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a great time.

The receptionist’s attitude was bad, and the third room was handed over to us at 7:30 PM.

It was an excellent experience with this hotel, the location, the staff all of them from the reception till departure. All of them were very helpful. It was above expectation. It’s a clean hotel with excellent location and service. Its presence connected to the avenues give it extra points I think I will come back to the same hotel and will recommend it to others. thanks a lot for all the staff

Easy access to the Avene mall was great!

Not a happy stay. Was giving a smoking room, although I was with my infant and toddler. They took more than an hour to find another room
