Super friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. We really had great time. Love to go back again.

Magnifique bâtiments traditionnels, chambres bien équipées Deux bémols,: le temps d'attente pour le service au restaurant ( même pour le petit dej qui n'est pas en buffet) La situation géographique erronée sur le plan de Hotels points com. On est loin du centre, mais les taxis sont à 5€ par trajet et faciles à trouver. Donc pas de soucis. On y retournera avec grand plaisir

Value for money not worth it. El lodge no nos gustó nada, el cuarto no estaba limpio del todo. Las habitaciones están muy pegadas y había mucho ruido. Realmente nos ha parecido muy poco privado, un hotel malucho. La comida no estaba muy buena y en el cuarto no te daban ni botellita de agua. La piscina era enana y alrededor de todos los cuartos. Cero privado. No puedes salir del hotel andando y los restaurantes en los alrededores son malos. Lo único que tiene es que no está lejos de las cataratas.

Loved our stay. Extremely comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. The grounds are lovely and breakfast was delicious. We had one dinner on property and while the service was amazing, the food below average. We did however have an excellent lunch at the Lookout Cafe. The property is lovely and we absolutely recommend this as a great place to stay!

STAFF- excellent, efficient and very friendly FOOD- excellent breakfast, they did offer a light lunch menu of toasted sandwiches, burgers and quiche all excellant and cost approx $10, evening meal you had to pre order by 3pm. very limited for vegetarians unless you wanted a vegetable curry which was quite spicy so we ate out every evening. I did suggest maybe they need to offer the luchtime menu on an evening aswell. DRINKS- drinks were available at the onsite bar, selection was ok but as my partner only drank JD and they ran out on the second day he didnt drink any alcohol on the hotel again, Staff said they were going to get some in but non ever appeared- shame as they missed out on proffit. Drinks were also more expensive than the local restaurants therefore, they did us a favour ROOM- didnt have a fridge in the room so unable to have a cold drink in the night. No tevevision which wasnt a concern for us. No hairdryer but we did see one in the reception area when we were checking out. nets over the beds. Staff filled up a water jug daily in the room which didnt keep the water cold so we ended up buying water if we wanted a cold drink STAFF- very friendly and helpfuil, always polite. Reception staff very helpful in bookiing trips and taxi's. TAXI- $5 to the falls and into town, Hotel organised Livingston airport and back $70. WI-FI- free, no concern.

You really enjoyed our stay at this lodge. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Falls. It was small and intimate. Very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful, warm and friendly. And the airport shuttle was on time and very efficient.

Nguni Lodge is a charming place to stay. Clean, quiet and friendly. It's well located for the falls. An easy 10 dollar taxi ride away. We would definitely recommend Nguni Lodge.

Loved every aspect of my recent stay at the Nguni Lodge. Beautiful firm king size bed with air conditioning, friendly staff who helped me secure day trips and a very calming atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful 5 days.

This is a lovely lodge close to Victoria Falls. I wasn't sure about a good location in VFalls but this is fine. You can easily get transportation to all events. The room was comfortable and clean with mosquito nets. Great water pressure and hot water. Fans and air conditioning although the city power did go out for a bit. Bridget was very responsive and helpful in making reservations for us for events and transportation. Secure location. Small but nice pool. Breakfast was good; dinner was not quite as good but adequate. Very nice people in the restaurant.

Perfect little lodge in every way. Clean, quiet, intimate, plenty of privacy but good social spaces for mingling. Food was lovely and staff could not have been more professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
