Excelente desayuno bien ubicado

Breakfast very good. Staff very gently and efficient. Cleanbroom very good no complaints just the 1st day we don't have Hot water in the shower so we have to call the front desk to tell them about this problem. Next day we haad the hot water. In average very good HOTEL. RECOMMEND.

El hotel tiene un aspecto muy antiguo en sus instalaciones, las alfombras de los corredores muy descuidadas, no funcionaba 1 de los 2 elevadores. Lo cual complicaba la movilidad en el hotel. El centro de convenciones muy moderno, sin embargo el hotel bastante descuidado en sus instalaciones. El personal muy amable,

Elevator needs maintenance, keeps getting stuck

The staff does a great job of accommodating guest needs. They are very friendly and welcoming. They are very eager to help. The property is well kept and beautifully designed. They have great breakfast buffet, just make sure you sanitize everything. Overall, great experience.
