They confirmed a pool it was closed. Asked the receptionist for a refund and she was the most disrespectful, immature, foul person I have ever met. I’m surprised with that being the face of your business that you even have business!! I will NEVER recommend anyone to go there.. we found a much better friendly hotel a couple blocks down the road!! Less expensive a beautiful pool, restaurant and bar. Bigger and cleaner rooms!!! Do not stay here!! Rooms smell funky and their receptionists is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Just trash!!!

Really cute property located in a great spot on the Seawall drive.

Great room for the price

Across from the beach, so that makes it wonderful, but the room is very much needed of upgrading TVs and remotes. Very hard to use walkway stairways and trash cans filthy very much needing better. Cleanliness on the outside felt like a cheap hotel was somewhat embarrassed, but you get what you pay for they say $360 a night but I guess location location location.

Great stay!

Out of eight yrs this was the worst front counter check in anywhere in Galveston Texas . Talked to the manager on check out of our last day .. I avoided the office to even ask for services or about any... Reviews said other and then my personal experience wanted me to check out and loss my money sadly I couldn't I was 6hrs from home and well to wait for a refund wasn't an option... So I won't stay here again due to the service I received... Now the room was comfortable and location was convenient but that alone is not what I look for as a guest

Good cheap spot in front of spot however there was gentlemen that was real cool gave me a room ahead of check in time but next day i wanted to get another day booked but there was this girl working that day wanted to have 100 dollar hold on my card when i wasn’t even charge when the guy working up front there. If you go i recommend going there when there’s a gentlemen working there.

Was able to check in about a hour early. Rooms were clean. Easy access to beach. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the beds were a little small. But we had a great stay!

Hey, you get what you pay for. Overall, it was a reasonably clean and comfortable bed to sleep on.

small parking lot, had to park on the street or in the back ally. friendly staff and helpful. the smell of weed throughout the weekend was a lot. swimsuits and towels hung on railing, not against the law or anything just trashy. room was in need of work for sure. a/c worked great and shower was hot though

Pretty cheap place but I saw a roach. Staff was cool too
