The accommodation is spacious and modern. The single bedroom apartment boasts a table with chairs and plenty of room for eight people--you could have a dinner party! The apartment had a swimming pool shared with one other apartment. I didn't see that advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were no power failures during my 10-day stay although Lusaka tends to experience load shedding almost daily. Fallsway does have backup generators, although I can't say if they were used during my stay. Minor problems with an aircon unit and lack of a working safe were attended to reasonably promptly. The apartment layout is geared more towards modern looks than functionality--the cooking area was inefficiently designed and the ensuite washbasin had minimal space for toiletries. Not really a problem for a few days but it would become tedious for a longer stay. My biggest issue was the wifi. It struggled to connect devices--often taking 8 - 12 hours to connect! Once connected speed ranged from 1mbs (slow) to 8kbs (virtually stopped). If wifi is important to you, this is not the place for you, at least until they do something about it.
