How is great lots of restaurants to choose from

We paid for privilege wasn’t worth the extra money for us. And getting served at the restaurants was very slow especially in Route 66. The resort was beautiful the rooms were nice staff was amazing. I’d for sure go again!

Very nice experience, all the staff are very pleasant. I just think the hotel needs more entertainment and improvement with the food, its bland.

Enjoyed every moment of my stay, incredibly friendly staff, good food, property upkeep was up to par. Would love to come back.

NOT ENOUGH LOUNGE CHAIRS! There is not enough seating in general at this resort, but loungers are the worst. Chair hogs claim loungers with personal belongings late at night/early morning-most often leaving chairs unoccupied for HOURS! The resort/staff don't do anything about it. The first 4 days of my 6 day trip, I spent sitting directly on the sand and grass/wondering around aimlessly/giving up, and napping in my room because no loungers were available. The last 2 days, I had to become a chair hog also inorder to finally enjoy the beach and pool-waking up at 5 am to go reserve a lounger. Ridiculous! Beautiful resort, but will never return because of this. This one thing ruined my winter getaway beach vacation. No point going south if you cant enjoy the beach or pool due to lack of seating.The desk staff,houskeepers and lifeguards that I encountered are lovely, but some of the various restaurant staff I found quite rude.

The resort has a nice layout and did not feel crowded. Attentive staff. Nice restaurant options Just a really chill time

Internet wasn’t working but that was the only bad thing about there. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food and vibes was good as well.

Stains of fabric on seats and couch. Otherwise felt clean and housekeeping was attentive and very good. Would have liked better support considering we were privileged status- meaning we had butler service. Took hours when ordering drinks to our room, made reservations for wrong number of guests, food was ok. Best food was the two restaurants on the beach. Staff was friendly. Chair situation by the pool and beach was ridiculous, people reserving chairs very early in morning and then no one sitting in them for most of the day. I had to wake up at 4:30-5 to get chairs, by 6-6:30 they have all been taken by people. Didn’t figure this out till day 3 which made the first few frustrating as we could find nowhere to sit to enjoy the pool or beach.

Staff was great, food was good. They don’t enforce the no saving pool chairs so it was difficult to get a chair by the pool. Some of the reservation systems for dinners were inefficient.

Hotel was perfect and I can’t wait to return!

Great stay with excellent customer service.

What really saves this property is that it’s relatively new. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. That said, the food was average at best, and the service didn’t match what you’d expect from an all-inclusive. The staff often came across as disengaged, with a noticeable lack of warmth or attentiveness. If you’re traveling with kids and just need a clean, easy, all-inclusive setup, it’s acceptable. But if you’re expecting quality food, good drinks, and a more elevated experience, this may not be the right fit

Food was excellent at all the resort restaurants.

The internet was ok it only let three use it and on some of the areas the linens that’s supposed to be clean smell like pop or pee

The room are nice they can be upgraded but overall good

Had a butler for a day with privileged didn’t receive robes requested until about 5 hours later. Room cleaning don’t show until late.

Great staff and clean rooms. Love the beach
