Lovely boutique hotel in a fairly central location close to the metro, but being in amongst pedestrianised back streets it's also quiet. It's walking distance to a most of the central sites. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, rooms aren't large but are well furnished and maintained.

Excellent stay!

Idealmente ubicado en el centro de Valencia lo cual permite llegar andando a todos los atra tipos turísticos. El personal súper amable, eficiente y servicial. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño, con camas muy cómodas, un baño con duchas modernas y que funcionan perfectamente y complementos útiles como secadora de pelo, etc. El desayuno buffet también muy bueno. Muy recomendable. Sin duda volvería.

LOVE this hotel. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Plan to eat at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was amazing. Lots of people came to eat at the restaurant that weren't even staying at the hotel. Didn't eat breakfast but if dinner was any indication it would have been great. Rooms were very nice. Modern bathroom with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Great location just a short walk to the main square. If we go back to Valencia we would stay there again.

This is a fabulous hotel Situated in a calm and quiet area, within easy reach of the old city, 5 min walk to the cathedral Bus stops at the end of the street Perfect room, the trrrace was a lovely addition Staff amazing and very helpful, especially Sandra, who always had suggestions and information to hand Lovely bar area Would definitely stay here again

Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable, walkable for the major attractions. Every detail inside of the room makes you feel at home. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant was very good. Fantastic 5 stars!!

Location Is unbeatable. Staff incredibly helpful: Guillermo was the best hotel staff person I’ve ever encountered, while Victoria and Ikram were also great. Room was small but bed was super comfortable and shower excellent. Great place to stay at 4 star level.

The rooms are small but well equipped and very clean The hotel is in an excellent central location in the old town,quiet at night busy during the day however it is a city so to be expected. Breakfast was good but limited options. Staff are excellent. The hotel bar and restaurant are open to non residents so there is always a good atmosphere,both the food and drink here are very good.

Helen Berger is a super little boutique hotel in the heart of Valencia. Perfectly placed for all the sites of the old town and further. Rooms are small, very clean and quietly sophisticated. Staff were very helpful at all times providing seamless check-in, bike hire and restaurant recommendations. The restaurant is popular with locals and provides a relaxed bar experience.
