Its centrally/strategically locatted but: needs to reform the property, leaks; offer better and balanced breakfast; Its very noise and the management not open to suggestions to improvement.

I stayed there 4 days. The cleanliness is reasonable, but the service is terrible, if you call to ask for information the woman in the office hangs up on you.

They post wrong pictures online, their place is horrible

The hotel has good rooms above the gym on the 3rd level. These rooms are more expensive. When i booked the hotel room i chosed the cheapest room and when i arrived to the hotel I realised that they had out the good and pricier rooms photos on the cheapest rooms reservation page. Luckily they were very kind amd after talking with them they allowed me to stay in the nice rooma above the gym so make sure you get the room which photos you see on the page and take screenshots and do not accept the crappy ground level molded rooms. 3rd level rooms are good, clean, have balcony, wifi, kitchen etc.. Only minus is theres sport class sometime at 530am so bring earplugs and thats ok if theres noise.

The stairs were a problem, breakfast was very bad they should never include it as a package to avoid disappointing guests,the room choice was a problem on check in but later solved

Noisy, towels very gray and the breakfast was disappointing. They kept telling me that I was only booked for one day when I paid for three via hotels.com and i kept showing them the receipt

Room was not what i requested and limited rv viewing only seven channels .

The place need attention.

Nice property. alittle overpriced.. also both the Expedia address, google maps snd writen address was wrong. We had to walk around for over an hour before we found anyone who could tell us we had a bad address .

I wouldn't rate it 3 star. The staff was friendly except for a so called stand-in manager. He's very rude and lacks customer service and good approach. He needs thorough one-on-one talk about handling guests especially if they come outside of the country and there is a language barrier. I needed to exchange rands to MT and was busy with the lady at reception. He just told me to leave her alone. When I asked him who he was he said he was a client. That was sarcastic and rude. I told him a little bit of me. I was angry and I would not recommend it to my friends. Although overall the stay was good. The room was not really what I saw on the website. Pictures are misleading.
