Nice property but room needs well maintained

This trip, my husband and I have 3 or more issues. No water twice, then slow running water and the bathroom floor was flooded more than twice. Yes, I did contact housekeeping and the thing that really upset me was, when housekeeping had the nerve to ask me, "Do you want me to bring you a bucket of water!" Like what is that especially, when I paid almost $2000 for this stay. I was really upset at this time. When I come to t this hotel, I always stay for 2 or more weeks. Not sure the next time.

My aircondition was working. My room's walls were very dirty but I was in the cheaper room. When the walls are dirty it makes you wonder if the bedding is clean too, however it smelled okay and looked okay. I think next time I will not go to the Junior room and see how the bigger rooms are.

Very clean and modern rooms. They have everything in the hotel, you wouldn’t need to leave. Staff is very professional

Wij verbleven afgelopen weekend in Eusbett Hotel en we hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen, wat meteen zorgt voor een warm welkom. Het verblijf en het eten waren voor Ghanese standaarden echt prima. De kamers waren netjes en comfortabel en de maaltijden smaakvol en verzorgd. Kortom: een prima plek voor een ontspannen verblijf met uitstekende service en een gastvrije sfeer.

Horrible experience. They claimed that even though I was able to make a reservation via booking, they had no room available for me. They insisted that I cancel but couldn't guarantee a refund. When I insisted they either give me the room or refund the money, they offered a room which was in horrible shape, with a broken A/C. Never again!

Stayed at the EUSBETT annex... Staff doesn't seem to know the place exists, rooms STINK, AC doesn't work, hot water doesn't work, even no running water on my last day. I won't recommend the annex to anyone

It all good

Despite the Expedia reservation showing "Free breakfast" as per the attached photo, I was told while having breakfast that "this package does not include breakfast, so you need to pay for it." Although I showed the photo, the front desk staff had an unsatisfactory attitude. I feel very displeased

Not good at all. I was put at the old building near Goil The wifi wasnt working and i had to make several trips to the lobby of the new hotel to comnect with my family since i have a foreign line.

Free breakfast everyday between 6:30 am and 10am, very friendly staff . No outside food allowed is a minus for me so you are forced to eat their food only while at the hotel. There’s an ATM right outside of the building that converts your currency to cedis Straight from your account. I would’ve given a higher rating if I didn’t have issues checking in they couldn’t find my reservations and didn’t seem to care that a paying customer was waiting for something that was already paid for until the manager showed up which took several hours. There plenty of cabs in the area for easy transport

Hotel is nice but needs updating, air conditioners weren't working in some rooms and TV/Dstv not working
