We enjoyed staying at this clean and beautiful hotel decorated with local art craft and nature in Zimbabwe close to Victoria Falls airport as well as Victoria Falls World UNESCO Site. The accommodations were comfortable and very safe, and we enjoyed taking a short walk into town to enjoy shopping and restaurants, as well as visiting Victoria Falls. Hotel staff served a tasty breakfast augmented with local spices, fresh coffee, and milk. I especially appreciated that the front desk helped arrange transportation directly from the airport upon arrival as well. People from all over the world shared tables in the lounge area watching sports, enjoying beverages and talking.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Free breakfast was available but they do take a long time for anything hot.

Phe Zulu had everything we needed for our stay. They also offer a lunch menu and a dinner menu for their guests, and the food is very good. Staff are all friendly and helpful. They'll book any tours or transport you'll need. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It well served its purpose as a base for me while I visited the Falls several times. The neighborhood of the hotel was also charming. I’m a birder and managed to photograph more than 10 new bird species, separate from what I saw at the Falls. As a solo traveler, I especially welcomed seeing Faith’s friendly face every morning for the two days I spent at the hotel. I would stay at this place again and would recommend it to others.

The lodge is in a peaceful area, but very close to the city. Staff is great and always ready to accomplish to every request. The chef is not just preparing delicious meals, they are also artists.

What a fabulous Lodge. I stayed here for three nights and I absolutely loved it. The place is clean, It’s quiet and it’s so pretty. The staff are amazing. They’re so friendly and so attentive. I had such a great time and would love to come back. Its a little way from town but for me that was perfect. After doing lots of daily trips, there was no desire to go anywhere in the evening. The food at the restaurant was great. The bar has everything you need and the rooms are so nice. Overall, it was so relaxing and perfect.

This is a beautiful place. Rooms are lovely; modern, tasteful and spacious. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they were always available and willing to help with whatever was needed. Restaurant dinner was very good, with excellent service. Breakfasts were great. Highly recommend this really special gem of a hotel in Zimbabwe. They made everything very easy, from transport to Vic Falls to restaurants, to making reservations for the sunset dinner cruise. It is truly full service and the staff could not be more kind and accommodating.

Wonderful lodge in VicFalls. Rooms are spacious and modern, the pool and bar area are just beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Value for money is excellent. We stayed at the lodge as a family for one night and everyone loved the place.

Excellent staff, nicely maintained property and conveniently located.

The proprty and staff were lovely. Not as close to town as it appeared on the map but taxis were freely available and quite cheap. Rooms were airconditioned but would have preferred a fan and would be much more economical for the property. Tea and coffee facilities in the room but NO FRIDGE for milk, so little point. Had to go to the lounge if we wanted to make a drink. Overall though really liked the guesthouse.
