The property itself was beautiful but unfortunately, jot water was not consistently available.

Positive: Good communication. Accurate directions and easy check in. Very private. Quiet. Nice view. Refreshing pool. Room clean. AC works well. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Surrounded by nature. Negative: barbq old and needs replaced. No hot water or solar not working. Very limited dishes ect. Lighting around pool very limited (only two lights lit up) Garbage thrown over edge...old paint cans ect. Could use a good clean up. The bed was not comfy. All in all its not a bad place just needs some TLC or going to go downhill quickly. A few touches and this place could be much nicer. The price was right and the Island is paradise. I will return to St Lucia but probably not this particular place. The experience was great. If your not to fussy this might be for you.

We loved the pool and amazing view on the ground level. The pool was well maintained. The kitchen was spacious for cooking and the living room was comfortable. Good working AC units.

What an amazing week in a lovely apartment with its own pool. Chancella welcomed us so kindly and made recommendations to make the most of the week.

A most enjoyable stay at the Heavenly Suites. The apartment was comfortable, the aircon worked perfectly, the bed was excellent and the kitchen facilities adequate for our needs. A few more glasses / mugs would be useful, but overall the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was wonderful - it helped that we were in the apartment right next to it, as well as being one of only two apartments that were occupied during our stay, but the pool itself was clean, there was plenty of space around it for eating / sunbathing etc. Communication with the hosts was simple, friendly and always very responsive - we had a couple of minor plumbing issues on arrival, but these were sorted out very quickly and didn't have any effect on our stay. We received some excellent recommendations for places to eat / shop / visit etc. that really helped to get the most out of our 10 day stay.. Location-wise, the apartments are in a quiet location about a 10-15mins drive from Rodney Bay. They are reached by a fairly steep hill, but anyone visiting the island and hiring a car should always consider a 4x4 anyway, as the roads and inclines more than justify this! Overall, this was a very nice stay on a lovely island in a well-appointed apartment with friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent. It is close to the some of the best restaurants and to the marina we had to go for one of our excursions but secluded at the same time for the perfect get-away after a day of activities. The views are amazing and it is so tranquil. The hostess was exceptional in customer service. She arranged the driver from the airport and as soon as we landed she shared a bunch of options for us to dine. She also booked our excursions for us and just made everything super easy! On our final night we were pretty beat from all the activities so we stayed in and ordered fast food and she also arranged that for us by allowing us to give the delivery guy her number so she can direct them. The space was clean with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking if you wish to stay in. There was air-conditioning both in the living room and bedroom so it was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit St. Lucia. I highly recommend.

I felt home away from home. Very quiet and safe...I stayed alone and slept good every night. You do need a car or taxi service...I can't wait to stay here again .Thank you Heavenly Suites for being the best part of my vacation..

Hostess was warm polite and very helpful with local recommendations. The parking is steep a little challenging / the road getting there is bumpy and lot of potholes like all other roads in Lucia. It's exactly where google maps says it is. We were able to find it even at night

Firstly, Chancella, thanks so much for all your recommendations, especially your referral of Joe for taxi services, what a great guy, and for always being on hand to answer my daft questions at the drop of a hat - you made my first visit a breeze. For anyone considering visiting the Rodney Bay area this property is ideal. Also located about a 5 minute drive from Daren Sammy cricket ground. Facilities that will make you feel at home - fully equipped kitchen and huge American style fridge freezer mean you can dine at your base, so stock up at the supermarket if you’re staying for a while. I was visiting for two T20 cricket matches and outside of that split my time between the bars and restaurants of Rodney Bay and the rest in the fantastic pool at the property. I was lucky enough to have the ground floor suite and could walk straight out of the door and slip into the pool. Also try out the local bar The Deck which is a short walk down the hill. This’ll be my place of choice for my next visit!!

The property includes well appointed accommodation space with ensuites for the two large bedrooms and living space. The views over the surroundings stretchibg towards Rodney bay are wonderful. 10 minutes drive to Rodney bay with abundance of shopping area, convenience stores, 12 minutes to Gros Islet for the Friday Street Party. Car is recomended to take full advantage. Host very attentive, responsive and making us feel very welcome. Warmly recomended.

The accomodation exceeded our expectation. It was clean, convenient, and had every feature that made our 4 day stay a complete joy. The owner was always available to respond to our requests and was a pleasure to know, and to communicate with. Séjour très agréable, l'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. La responsable des lieux est adorable et très professionnelle. Rien à dire. A savoir, il faut impérativement avoir un véhicule pour se rendre à Rodney Bay qui est 3 ou 4 kilomètres.

Our stay at Heavenly Suites was truly amazing!!!!!! The view is stellar!! The cleanliness, comfortability and hospitality were all a 10! I am a stickler for cleanliness! I take bleach wipes with me when I travel and wipe the places down before I even get settled (my version of a "white glove" test). Let me tell you!!! I did a wipe down at this place and it was SPOTLESS!!!! From my experience, most hotels/resorts are NOT as spotless as this villa was! So I was impressed from the start! The location of the villa was very close to many shops, the mall, restaurants and the Rodney Bay area! All the excursions we did came to pick us up from the front gate. Ms. Chancella was most spectacular! She accommodated us as if we were family! Giving us so many wonderful suggestions for food and excursions, and helping us plan. She connected with a bakery and an event planner on my behalf to set up the perfect birthday surprise for my friend! She truly went above and beyond! She is truly a blessing! Everything was just so perfect I could not have asked for anything else. 10/10 DO recommend!
