Nice place. Stayed twice now. Recommend.

Despite having a fully paid confirmed booking with Expedia for this hotel when we arrived to check in we were told that they did not have a room for us. The manager was very rude and unhelpful and did not care that we had no where to stay. She basically said it was our fault for booking with Expedia and that they had previously turned away 5 bookings from Expedia. Expedia finally found us alternative accommodation and we were glad that we did not stay at the Peniarth Arms as they had no policy for social distancing during the current pandemic with tables jammed in next to each other and no distance being kept between customers and staff, I have never been treated so badly by a manager of a hospitality business and Sue should consider an alternative career as she clearly can not run an accommodation establishment.

Room at Peniarth Arms Was fab, great bed and accessories. Lovely view from window. Fabulous meal and great staff, we were made very welcome. Hope to stay again .😃🤗

Wasnt happy paid 225 for 3 days took 2hrs for check in because the door had to be kicked in night before! Told when we turned up couldnt park no room when we actually went out for the day and we came back no parking for guests had to book a table every night and was put by a table of 20 of a baby shower where they were all drunk! Left our meal went to the room left day early ..windows didnt open painted shut and the bathroom window clear glass opposite houses! Shower dirty no social distance said near the beach its a 15 min drive ..so annoyed would never stay there again
