Sehr unfreundliches, unmotiviertes Personal. Wir wurden extra angefragt, wann wir ankommen. Auf die Bekanntgabe der Ankunftszeit wurde nicht geantwortet. Als wir ankamen(13:45) hiess es, das Zimmer sei erst um 15:00 bereit. Erst nach unserer Reklamation, war dann das Zimmer plötzlich innert 15 min. fertig. Das Personal war zu faul um den Shuttlebus wegzufahren, obwohl noch freie Parkplätze vor dem Bus vorhanden waren. Es hiess stinkefrech, kommt in ein paar Stunden nochmals vorbei. Strandbereich sehr dreckig, überall lag Müll, Plastik herum. Erst als wir das Personal darauf ansprachen, räumten sie es weg. Auch beim Abendbuffet wurden wir jeweils 3 mal nach der Zimmernummer gefragt, was beim Essen sehr störte.Alles wurde sofort abgeräumt, machte so den Eindruck als wollten sie einen vertreiben. Beim Check-out hat die Empfangsdame Magda nicht mal gefragt, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat oder nicht. Lediglich ein mühseliges Bye brachte sie gerade noch über ihre Lippen. Wir würden dieses Hotel als sehr überteuert und absolut nicht empfehlenswert bewerten. Die 5 Sterne erfüllt es bei weitem nicht. Der Gast wird in diesem Hotel eher als Last empfunden. Man hat den Eindruck als hätten sie die Gäste nicht nötig.

It was the most beautiful hotel with an amazing view on an incredible beach with the friendliest staff and delicious food and kept spotless

Insgesamt sehr schöne Anlage, freundliches und sehr flottes Personal in den Restaurants, wunderschöner Strand. Leider nur mäßiges, etwas teilnahmsloses Personal an der Rezeption. Wir hatten eine JuniorSuite mit Panoramablick gebucht, der Blick ging aber leider nur auf die Poollandschaft und ein Zimmerwechsel wurde uns in der ganzen Woche nicht ermöglicht. Wofür das Hotel nichts kann, was man aber wissen sollte betrifft das Publikum: ⅓ Westeuropäer im Pärchen, ⅓ Familien mit Kleinkindern und Säuglingen, ⅓ Albaner die die Regeln des gesitteten Miteinanders missachten.

Great, hotel with amazing views. Food was sometimes a bit varied and bland, some days the same item came very differently, although still a very good standard.

Very nice hotel overall. I would recommend for families. Views were amazing and staff did everything to ensure that we had unforgettable stay. We had premium allinclusive package and everything was included. Breakfast buffet was great but the food otherwise was just OK. Not much to do but great for relaxation.

Wunderschönes Hotel,- weite Anreise… Aber unbedingt die Reise wert!!!

Very well kept, high standard cleanliness, impeacable warm staff from the first moment we arrived until our departure. All inclusive buffet had a very good variety of choices, well presented and tasteful. The a la carte was good yet buffet was a winner for us. Rooms very clean, decent space for storage. Comfy beds and pillows, ar con not noisy and quickly got to nice temperatures. Mini bar could have better cooling. Rainfall shower was great. Smart TV worked well to watch Netfilx. Overall we loved our stay, just as seen on line and would easily book again for 5 stars luxury service and accomodation.

Super quality , lovely friendly staff, amazing views, good food and not too crowded in Sept 25. Only downside was a poor quality boat trip that cost €160 a head.

This hotel is an amazing retreat, we had a wonderful time. Definitely will be returning to it. ❤️ Staff,food was exceptional.💗 Plenty of steps to the beach which kept us fit.😂. There was a lift down but we preferred to walk. The service at the beach was exceptional!!

une superbe vue dégagée sur la mer, une grande piscine agréable, ainsi qu’une chambre très confortable avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés en chambre avec piscine privative, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus exceptionnelle. Le personnel est efficace, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui fait vraiment la différence. Quelques points à améliorer : le calme de l’établissement est parfois perturbé par le bruit des enfants, et il ne revient pleinement qu’après leur départ. Il serait intéressant de prévoir des espaces ou aménagements spécifiques pour les familles afin que les couples en quête de repos puissent profiter d’une atmosphère plus sereine. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour très agréable que nous recommandons.

Fantastic Beach Resort with Great Service and outstanding food.

We’ve been to many hotels and resorts around the Korfu and Parga area, incl Angsana, and Elix is hands down the best. Relaxed atmosphere with a bit of exclusive lounge vibe with a gentle breeze. Everything about this place is top notch, including the beach and ocean!

This is a real gem! We are so grateful for the warm welcome, amazing resort, service and delicious food!

Everything was perfect as always!
