Väldigt trevligt hotell med gratis och personlig upphämtning på flygplatsen. Rummen var fina och av hög standard i ett område med mycket hotell och kaffebarer i närheten.

The price per night doesn’t worth it cause of several things like there is no cold water in the shower plus the shower room is super narrow, the bathroom pressure water doesn’t work properly for self sanitization plus no enough bar soap in general I graded this place 1 out of 10 poor customer service 70 dollar per night is not worth

Staff was rude and not unhelpful. They gave my paid prebooked room away and were dismissive when I asked for another room. They also didn't help me in any way to find another accommodation. It was a bad, frustrating experience. The hotel staff experience was quite unacceptable and upsetting. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone because they don't treat their guests correctly.

Horrible service. They sold my room to someone else after I fully paid for it weeks ago on Hotels.com. They were nasty and rude when I asked for an explanation or help. It ruined my evening and it cost me 2 hours of time and frustration after a long trip. Very horrible and upsetting experience. Definitely would never recommend this place after this awful experience. I am going to ask for recompense for this very bad and frustrating experience.

I stayed at Mado for 15 days. I was extremely satisfied by the cleanliness, professionalism of staff, food and Spa. It was a very nice experience.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food and beverages. Checking in and out was convenient. The room was comfortable. My room was a bit noisy because of mechanical equipment.

Overall I give Mado Hotel a 4 out of 5 stars. I would have given a 5 star rating but the breakfast included came with a $5 dollar delivery charge and the breakfast wasn’t good at all, but overall a 4 out of 5 stars! 👍

My favorite stay in Addis

My experience with Mado hotel was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, leaving me with lasting memories and a desire to return The room I stayed in was nothing short of exceptional. It was impeccably clean, spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for future customers who plan to stay around bole area.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service.

The facilities were good and very well maintained, The hotel staff were courteous and ever ready to assist. On a negative note, the room heater wasn't working but we were given not too effective stand alone heaters in replacement. overall i will not hesitate to recommend Mado hotel ti others!
