Extremely helpful staff

This is the second stay here and they go above and beyond. This time the train tracks were washed out and they let me Check in early and were amazing helping me get situated and secure: The breakfast is homemade and very nice. Ty you again

Nice place to stay. On a quiet residential street, near a 24hr supermarket, but also with close access to the main road to the airport and downtown. The room was very clean, and had all the basic necessities for a short stay. Staff were helpful and responsive.

Detta är ett kristet välkomnade gästhus. Vi beställde frukost på plats, det är 2 tallrikar: en end frukt och en end varna rätter (omelett, korvar, toast och potatis). Vi åt frukost ute, det blev mättande och trevligt. Det fanns ingen AC i lägenheten och det var lite för varmt (i april) men inte hemskt. Vi var fyra personer och lägenheten är trång men vi visste det från början så överlag får man bra värde för priset.

Très bon accueil de Winny, agréable et souriante,qui nous a rendu différents services. La chambre est propre et bien équipée, mais petite. Le petit déjeuner est complet et copieux. L’hôtel est situé dans une enclave sécurisée(murs, gardiens) au sein d'un quartier populaire. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la navette aéroport, mais commandé un Uber, plus économique.

Friendly staf, but the beds very hard

Very safe with good security. Friendly staff. Clean and warm / hot shower. Foreigners pay much more than Kenians!!! Rooms are tiny, even the 'so called' Deluxe rooms have less than 9m² and a small double bed, the 'normal' rooms less than 7m²!!! Bathroom often less than 2,5m²!! If you have more than 1 suitcase, it's hard too find space!!! Even for singles very, very tiny! Airplanes, trains, muezzin and dogs disturb sometimes the silence. Meals are okay, but for Kenian circumstances expensive: Breakfast 5 US Dollars, dinner 10 Us dollars! Overall to expensive, you can get much more for that money!!!

The room was wonderful even the host and caretakers were very proactive and welcoming. Only one issue the surrounding area doesn't feel safe..it is recommended that the host should provide taxi/shuttle services to the guest for safe and trouble free entry. The staff was very nice and forthcoming.

Staff were friendly, but rooms are extremely dark, dated and unclean. Trying to get hot water was a mission. Ultimately we only needed the room for 1 night before our safari but any longer than that would not be ideal.

Room had a single bed only and was only for one guest.

Wonderful experience from the time I booked until we left. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. We had a couple person challenges and the staffed helped us. And the homemade breakfast was great. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay at Javilla! Clean room, delicious breakfast and dinner, and a friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely will consider staying there again.

The hotel was very hard to find. But, of course, it was in the middle of the night. However, the room was clean, beds were comfortable enough and staff was friendly. I wouldn’t go back but it served its purpose adequately for one day.

Amazing and respectful staff. Ben was so helpful and he has an amazing personality. Will definitely book them whenever I visit Nairobi.
