The property is outdated and could use a little more modern updates. Our air went out two of the days we were there. Though several buildings were down they worked diligently to get it fixed. The air was damp and it smelled like mildew. The staff was very polite and accommodating. There were a some roaches as well as a lot of cats.

Clean room, great pool, snorkeling, kayaking. Staff was very helpful and very friendly!

I visited in August for my birthday. I tried to make arrangements in advance to lock in so i wouldn't have to not have the experiences i wanted to celebrate my birthday. I communicated through the app for bookings. Confirmed join arrival. The day of my birthday nothing went according to my plan. Bookings all of a sudden were no longer confirmed. My birthday was ruined and no attempt at making it right the day of. I had to have my experiences the next day. Very disappointing to say the least. I've visited this resort several times but this time was the worst. I won't be booking this resort any longer. Nice for first time trippers but once you're used to certain luxuries this resort misses the mark.

I loved everything about the hotel !

Beware don't stay here this place will rob you we stayed 6days and it was pure hell first day. The lock was not working. We was stuck outside for hours sweating finally they came and fixed the lock. Then the next day the AC went out we were sweat and sweat and sweat until we went up to the front desk and got help now we're leaving. Someone went in our room robbed us for a $400 each beats headphones. I had them clipped on to my traveling bag and it was me and my fiancé. We look to see if we had them there we had two and they robbed us. They took our neck pillows to travel. We called the front desk. They said they will call security. We never seen security the next morning. We had to check out. We told them that we was very disappointed that the security number arrived. They call security right then and there and they knew we had to leave 10 minutes or shadow was coming to pick us up to take us to the airport they came and they told me why didn't I lock my headphones in the safe and I told them why should I do that? I travel all over and never in my life had this problem don't stay there they open your safe. It's not safe. They know the combination that you're putting in them safe read your reviews before you book. Don't book in that resort. Food is horrible. People are rude. They don't care about you. I'm so disappointed, but this doesn't stop for me because I am gonna take this higher. Nobody steals for me and get away with it.

What I didn't like was the endless notifications through the hotels app all day about spa services it was annoying.

The food options need to be better along with the drinks

This was a great experience. I just hope that the fruit juices would be real fruit

The Best Chef Jason! The best Hostess Lafaine! All the staff members were excellent and Mario made the best coco locos! Great bartender and I wish him all the blessings! I felt at home my entire stay

The insects ruined my the idea of having an ocean front room. The ants took over one of the balcony’s. We rented a cabana and the life guards argued so much it ruined the experience.

My stay was very relaxing. The staff was very professional. The service was excellent. The room was very clean.Highly recommend!!!
