This hotel pretend to have a shuttle. this is not true. Rooms are dirty, uncleaned and trashy. I waited from 9 pm until 1 am at the airport for the shuttle that never came. I paid $50 to get there. The room stinks, the pool is unhealthy, there is no manager, just a front desk constantly calling the so called manager to get instructions about the selected room, he never answers. He is constantly absent. I want to be reimbursed
